No major rules just be polite to other guests staying here.
Mr. Ogletree was quick to respond when I inquired about my reservation. He accommodated my group well, even with very early arrival times. His place fit my needs, as I was only in town for a concert and needed a place to sleep after the concert was over. I didn't get to meet him, but didn't really need to. Everything was satisfactory. I can understand why people left some reviews in regards to the neighborhood, but I could definitely tell Atlanta as a whole is interesting at night. Nonetheless, I slept well and enjoyed the privacy.
Great experience here. Tim is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He was so nice, he even gave us a ride to the metro (which is walking distance) because it is raining. Our room and bathroom were very clean. A lot of friendly people staying there. The only "gripe" I would have to say is that if you take the Marta to Tim's house at night, the Marta station isn't in the best neighborhood. Tim' street and neighborhood is fine though. Oh and one more thing.... Tim had EXTRA towels for everyone. New towels washed every day. Great perk.
The house as well as their guests that I met are great. It's sort of in a scatchy area, or at least in an area that used to be scatchy, and there's not a lot of nice places in walking distance. Overall, I would say it's a little overpriced. Beware: No refunds are given when the stay turns out to be shorter then expected.

I am a very relaxed and easygoing and open minded guy looking to host people and make new friends around the world. I have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry since I was a kid it was a dream of mine to own my own bed and Breakfast. I lived in my home on Tift Ave for almost eleven years. I have hosted many friends and travelers from around the world in my historic home. Now that I found out about Air BNB, I am opening my home to you. I now have four properties close to downtown Atlanta two in historic Capital View neighborhood and two in Historic Adair Park neighborhood. they are both very close to downtown and walking distance from the marta train station and bus stops so Its very easy to get around the city without the need for a car. Several of the homes also can be booked entirely for larger groups.I also have many hostel spaces available great for travelers on a budget. I love to share travel stories drink good wine and eat good food. I like almost anything as far as food goes and red and white white alike as well as a good beer. I really don't have any major rules just be a polite guest as I will be a great host and even show you around if you need me to. I also love the outdoors and know some great places to hike in Atlanta. I also love to cook, drink wine or beers and eat good food and have a Nice large kitchen for you to make yourself at home in as well as each house has a great private backyard and fire pit and large front porches, The house I live at on Tift Ave has a hot tub that's great for skinny dipping and also has 3 cats and a small dog you will love. My other properties do not have any animals unless a guest happens to have one.
