The space is a private 1,800 sqm wellness estate hidden in the rice paddies of Tumbak Bayuh, between Pererenan and Canggu. Seven en-suite king bedrooms across three pavilions, a freeform 20-metre pool fed by a raised cascading wading pool, a spa courtyard with cedar sauna and ice bath, yoga shala, outdoor cinema, professional outdoor kitchen, and a dedicated on-site team led by Arya.
Ten minutes to the beach, three to the cafés of Pererenan a world away once inside the gate.
The space
Wake to the soft rustle of rice paddies and the sound of water moving through the garden. The space is a private 1,800-square-metre wellness estate tucked between Pererenan and Canggu ten minutes from the beach, three to five minutes from the restaurants, cafés, and boutiques of Pererenan village.
The estate is laid out as three connected sanctuaries woven through tropical gardens and water features, designed so families and groups can gather or retreat at their own pace.
THE MAIN VILLA
A two-storey pavilion at the heart of the estate, air-conditioned throughout and fully enclosable via sliding glass doors. On the ground floor, the main kitchen and a round teak dining table for sixteen open onto a koi pond and natural stone waterfall crossed by a timber footbridge a quiet seating corner within the sound of moving water. A king master suite sits on this level with its own private covered terrace. Upstairs, the enclosed living room anchored by a moss-velvet sectional under a hand-woven bamboo ceiling, with sound system and TV opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto panoramic garden views, alongside the second king master suite.
THE BUNGALOWS
Two freestanding master suites, each a round pavilion , fully enclosed and air-conditioned, with sliding doors opening onto a private terrace where a kitchen and a dining table for two overlook the pool. Perfectly suited to couples travelling within a larger group, or anyone wanting a quieter corner of the estate.
THE WELLNESS PAVILION
A dedicated gym housed in its own open-sided thatched pavilion fitted with a Robust training station, two spin bikes, and a treadmill with walls of ironwood panelling that open directly onto the pool deck.
THE POOL DECK & OUTDOOR KITCHEN
At the heart of the estate, a 20-metre freeform swimming pool sits below a raised circular wading pool that spills over its edge, creating a continuous water feature down into the main pool. A rice-paddy-facing deck holds a long alfresco dining table for twelve beneath terracotta pendant lamps strung through the frangipani, alongside a professional outdoor kitchen built-in gas grill, prep counter, and bar sink set under a timber pergola. A cactus-lined terrace of oversized beanbags rises just above, catching the afternoon shade.
THE ZEN GARDEN & SPA
A sunken paras-stone grotto reached by a broad staircase from the pool deck, watched over by a carved Ganesha at the threshold. Three king suites arrange around a koi pond fed by a single waterfall flowing through the boulder wall, with elephant-ear palms rising through the courtyard. At the heart is the spa: cedar sauna, ice bath, outdoor rain shower set into the rock, and a quiet Zen garden for early mornings.
YOGA SHALA & OUTDOOR CINEMA
A traditional open-air shala for sunrise practice, meditation, or in-villa treatments transforming after dark into a cinema under the stars with a full video projector setup.
The villa is designed for fourteen guests across seven en-suite king bedrooms, Every bedroom is king-size and en-suite, with air conditioning, private safe, and premium toiletries.
Tumbak Bayuh is the quiet green pocket between Pererenan and Canggu rice fields on three sides, yet minutes from the best of the coast. Three to five minutes to Pererenan village. Ten minutes to the beaches of Berawa, Pererenan, Batu Bolong, and Seseh.
