Spacious and beautiful room in 140 m2 living space offering a completely unique and relaxing atmosphere. The boat is located between airport Tegel and Hauptbahnhof. It is close to the S Bahn Ring which surrounds the city, so you are close to all of the cities main attractions.

This is a great space for anyone who loves the unusual...art lovers, guests of Messe Berlin, or Berlin tourists. This listing is for the main guest bedroom. 2 cats and myself live on the boat.

The space
The large houseboat has three bedrooms (two are for rent) a big living room / kitchen and two outdoor decks for summer lounging. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a Zanzibar bed and other antique furniture, the wood oven can be used in addition to the central heating and creates a cozy and romantic atmosphere in the winter. The huge shared living room / kitchen is bright and comfortable with a big skylight. You can relax on the big built-in sofa with a beautiful view over the water and enjoy a breakfast watching the water birds.
