This historic farm is a quiet place to stay if you're looking for a quick country getaway from the cities or if you're visiting St. Olaf, Carleton or Shattuck-St Mary's for a campus visit, graduation, family weekend, or a reunion. We're located just 20 minutes from Northfield and Faribault and a hour from the cities. Choose from our three listings to find a comfortable room that fits you to a T. The cookie jar is always full, breakfast is delicious and the coffee is GREAT!

This is my second time staying a the Veblen Farmstead. It is a wonderful thing to travel far from home knowing that warmth and hospitality will be found at the farm with Mark and Charmaine. Great breakfast, great comfort and great conversation await any guest.
