The space
Step into a slice of pure New Hampshire charm at our cozy ground-floor apartment, below our primary home and nestled in the heart of the only Henniker on Earth!

Unwind after a day of adventure in your private haven. Our one-bedroom retreat offers all the comforts of home – a bright living room, a beautiful kitchen equipped with laundry, and a spacious full bath.

Slip into a comfy robe and slippers, grab a baked good (freshly made, of course!), and brew a cup of coffee. Sink into the cozy queen bed after a day of skiing, curl up in the hammock chair with a good book, or log in to the smart TV to binge your favorite shows.

Our space is perfectly suited for two, but we can comfortably accommodate three (one on the comfy couch!) and even a little one – a pack-and-play is available upon request.

With your own private driveway and entrance, you'll feel right at home. And just minutes away, you'll discover some of New Hampshire's most breathtaking outdoor destinations including the Lake Sunapee region and Pat's Peak Resort, the vibrant campus of New England College, nearby shops and breweries, the charming bustle of downtown Concord, and so much more.
