Palermo Soho, one of the most trendy and cool areas to be in Buenos Aires, very close to all the shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife; right in the center of the coolest urban area of the city. But just a few blocks away, enough to be silent and quiet. Perfectly situated to explore the city. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Buses and subway only a few blocks away.
The surrounding blocks are full of dozens restaurants, funky bars, clubs, designer boutiques, shops, cafes and art galleries. The neighborhood is hip, gay friendly, safe and with a loving cosy ambience.

You will enjoy from having an excellent access to the public transport network of buses and mostly the subway which is by far the fastest way to trip the city. There are tons of buses and taxis 24 hours a day.
Just 4 blocks away from Avenida Santa Fe, where the station subway line D and a lot of buses will connect you to the main attractions and points of interest of the city. In just 15 minutes (by subway) you can reach Florida Street, in 20 minutes (by bus) to the iconic neighbourhood of San Telmo, you can walk to relax in the Bosques de Palermo and or to the heart of Recoleta.
Other Things to Note
A professional maid is in charge of the cleaning and ensures that bed linen and towels are changed before and after stays. A weekly maid service is included in the price.
I'm very flexible with check-in/out times and always try to arrange what's best for the guests. You can stay as long as possible with no further payment, except if there is another party either checking in/out on the same day you arrive or depart, in which case the check-in is usually anytime after 2pm and check-out is usually anytime before 10am
You can also drop your luggage at the building at anytime you want, if you arrive too early to do the check-in, or if you have a later flight that day and you want to enjoy your last hours in the city without carrying your luggage all day.
Please remember to send me your arrival/departure time to Buenos Aires, flight/train and airport/station so I can arrange your check in and check out.
Enjoy the apartment! Just treat it with love and respect. The place will give it back to you providing a cozy place for your stay. Take care of it as if it is your own place, and return it the same way you find it.
Be respectful to neighbours with noise. No parties or large gatherings.
CHECK IN & OUT
I'm very flexible with check-in/out times and always try to arrange what's best for the guests. You can stay as long as possible with no further payment, except if there is another party either checking in/out on the same day you arrive or depart, in which case the check-in is usually anytime after 2pm and check-out is usually anytime before 10am.
This is a non smoking apartment. If you want to smoke you can do so in the balcony.
Be mindful of electricity by turning off the lights and A/C when you are not at home.
A maximum of only 3 persons can travel in each trip. Please remember to close the sliding door behind you when you leave.
There is a Washing and a Drying machine shared by the building. It’s in the terrace, go to the 8th floor by elevator, and then another floor by the stairs. It works with local currency.
You have to use the remote control to turn it on/off. Please remember to turn it off every time you leave the apartment (electricity in Argentina is very expensive! Plus we have to take care of global warming).
If needed, ask the janitor how to turn it on for the first time, so you see how it works. You can leave it on or in pilot mode when you are out.
You can leave your garbage in the big trashcan located behind the door opposite to the elevator. The janitor picks it up from there every night.
Please close all windows every time you leave the apartment. The wooden floor can not get wet if it rains.
Cheers from Valeria and Jony!
