During the morning, In front of the building there is an amazing market, where it is possible to look around the several stalls or buy a very fresh food.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Daniele was a great host; both very friendly and incredibly helpful! The apartment was clean, provided everything we needed and fit our group of 5 with no problems. Trastevere was the perfect place to go explore the city from but also had a vibrant nightlife of its own. I would recommend this place, and will definitely stay again if I'm back in Rome.
Grate house. Grate location. We loved a lot. Daniele and Davide are very helpful. We enjoyed. Recommended.
As our youngest daughter stated at the end of our stay in the Boutique Apartment in Trastevere - "this apartment really took care of us". Their favorite part was the loft bed of course as Mom and Dad got the sleeper sofa. As the title states it is a boutique (aka smaller) apartment but it really worked out great for us (2 adults and 2 kids (1 teen and 1 pre-teen). We brought in breakfast makings and snacks and were very comfortable with the sitting arrangement in the kitchen. Also liked having a washing machine for our small amount of laundry. Air-conditioner was a huge plus since it was 90 plus degrees in Rome during our stay. Wifi worked great as we were "working" in the evenings since we are owners of two businesses. The location was perfect (right next to a great Gelato place (email hidden) shop too) and very quite. Great restaurants all around and we loved the morning market to gather fresh fruits and veggies. Walking distance to most great sites too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to couples or small families.
Bel appartement, très proche de tout, propre et complet.
The apartment cannot be faulted. The location is excellent and near to an area with lots of streets housing lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The main sights are all also within walking distance. The apartment itself is gorgeous with all the equipment you need - toaster, stove, oven, kettle. We slept five girls in it and were very comfortable with plenty of room as the apartment is very well laid out! We absolutely loved our stay and Rome in general & if we ever return we would definitely stay here again.
We were two couples staying at Daniele's flat in the Trastevere neighborhood and we were very happy with our stay there. As others have stated, the flat is up-to-date, in great working condition and comfortable for four people - also quiet and calm as its located on the interior courtyard of the building. The location was perfect - lots of nice cafés around for meals, a great neighborhood to start wandering the charming streets of Rome and visit the sights, and as a bonus there's Fata Morgana's delicious gelato just at the building's doorstep! Interactions with Daniele and his colleague Alessia all went smoothly too. Very nice experience overall, I join the others in recommending this flat!
This apartment was perfect for us. We stayed in Roma for 7 days and this apartment is in the heart of Trastevere. Our hosts Davide and Alessia were excellent. They helped us find a wedding planner in Rome and pick the church and villa for our wedding.
We had a great time in Rome. The appartement is amazing, cosy, very comfortble and very well situated in the heart of Trastevere. The perfect start for all walkings trough Rome. We highly recommend this appartement. It's exactly as the pictures show you!
We were 4 friends (two couples) and we spent a very nice week-end in Daniele's place. It is perfectly clean and with all the confort you need for a few days. It is quite, well situated and is a perfet starting point for visiting Roma by walking or by public transport.
Even if we arrived lated (around 1am), Daniele's friend was here to welcome us. You can also text him or his friend whenever you need anything.
To summarize, I recommend this place.
