Please review the following to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:
• Pets allowed, must pay $50 pet fee per pet. If pets are found to be unauthorized, there will be a $200 fee applied. (We ❤️ our pets but they do require more time to clean up after and wear and tear on the property. Thank you for understanding.)
• 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
• 🚽 Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. No wipes, hygiene products, or anything else.
• 🌊 Water Activities: Swim and kayak/canoe at your own risk.
• 💦 The neighborhood pool (seasonal) is just a short drive from the house at the neighborhood entrance—open to visitors for only $3 per person/day (cash only, pay at the pool).
• 🛶 Life Jackets Required when using kayaks/canoe.
• 🔥 Grill & Fire Pit: Use at your own risk and never leave fires unattended.
• 🚗 Parking: Please park only in designated areas—no parking on the grass.
• 🤝 Respect the Neighborhood: Keep noise levels low and be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are 11PM until 7AM.
🔒 Security Note: For your safety and peace of mind, a Ring Doorbell is installed at the front entrance. It is monitored only for arrivals and departures. (There are no other active cameras on site.)
