This is a quiet and family residential area, with buildings, single-family homes and other nearby urbanizations.
At 500m you have the promenade, which runs next to the main avenue of the municipality. Near the house you have a playground (there are also several along the boardwalk), and you have gymnastics on the boardwalk, so you can play sports breathing the ocean breeze.
In a radius of 1km, you have supermarkets, gas station, restaurants, ice cream parlors, chiringuitos and weekly market every Sunday. In the school vacation months, there are also several fair attractions.
