The location is excellent in quiet neighbourhood close to the Vatican with great shopping and too many restaurants to choose from. The hosts where very helpful and met us within a few minutes of arrival . The apartment was very clean, spacious and the beds soft and comfortable. We brought our kids and they appreciated the free Wi Fi. Antonella also provided a converter for their 110 volt Ipads.that we had forgot. Rome is hot in July (for us Canadians) and the overhead fan in the bedroom was appreciated. All in All this is very good accommodation and we would recommend it to any of our friends.
We, a family of four, were having a good stay in Antonellas apartment. The hosts were great, both in the contact before arrival and when we met them in the apartment. They were helpful and nice people.
The apartment was just as described: Light, clean and well enough equipped for simple meals. The beds were very comfortable. The location was in a quiet street and relaxed neighborhood, close to a tourist area. We were in walking distance to the thing we had planned to see together with our two kids.
I will gladly recommend the apartment, and could easily come back another time in Rome, but then without kids.
Thank you for a good apartment which made our stay in Rome a pleasant experience.
L'appartamento era esattamente come nelle foto.
Great location, very close to the Centro storico, 5min to the Vatican, 7min to the Sant Angello... you can go everywhere on foot. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed. Very, very central location, yet very calm residential area. Comfortable beds.
This was a great way to discover Rome. Would recommend this apartment to everyone.
Grazie mille per tutto Antonella! e stato meraviglioso!
Our family of four adults had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The description given on the website was accurate. The location was perfect; two hundred meters from St. Peter's and the Vatican. Rome's other major points of interest were all within an easy walking distance (15 mins to Plaza Novona, Pantheon and Travi; 30 mins to the Colosseum and Roman Forum). Buses are literally 10 steps away and the metro two blocks. The apartment is set back off of busy streets within an established non-tourist neighborhood that has small markets, restaurants (some excellent restaurants at that), and coffee shops. The three beds were perfect for budget-minded families traveling with two adult children (23 and 21 years of age). It was the first apartment we had in Europe which they did not have to sleep in the same bed. The kitchen was small but fine for travelers who won't be spending to much time in the apartment. Communication with Antonella prior to arrival was excellent.
There were a couple of issues that could, however, have been improved that would have made our experience perfect. Firstly, the people sitting on the balcony across the court yard from the apartment's master bedroom looked directly onto our bed. That is, there was no privacy while in bed. This could easily be remedied by installation of non-sheer curtains or moving the bed to another location. Secondly, Antonella's people skills need work. This was evidenced by her accusing us of refusing to pay a prearranged extra charge during check in, although she did not ask for the money at that time. We simply forgot about the legitimate charge and did pay when "rudely" asked the next day. There were a few other interactions with Antonella after arrival that suggested she was inexperienced with renting the apartment or dealing with renters.
We would recommend this apartment, even with these relatively minor issues.
What a delightful place. Large, airy, tastefully decorated, non ostentatious apartment, with lots of room for our family of 4. A short walk from San Pietro and the Vatican, this is also close to the Ottaviano Metro station. We walked from the Via Crescenzio 2 airport shuttle stop which is a short walk too.
Many food options close by - ristorante, pizzeria, gelataria, cafeteria - we were spoilt for choice.
We had a fun time - Antonella, Fillipo were both responsive and helpful in making our stay memorable
My family(5adults) stayed for 4 nights.
At first we highly recommend this place.
Location was fantastic that is infront of Vatican city.
And we reached there only 1minute from the house.
Antonella was very kind and she made us comfortable.
Thank you very much Antonella~
