The Space

This cosy 1 bedroom apartment, which will be home from home for guests, will make you fall in love with Hong Kong in it's entirety. The apartment comprises of a large lounge/living/dining area, a kitchen with full utensils etc for home dining after a hectic day taking in the many amazing sights Hong Kong has on offer, a newly decorated bathroom and a large bedroom, with the most comfortable queen size bed in in the world, perfect to get a decent rest in preparation for the next days jam packed schedule for sight seeing/events! :)

If staying over 4 days, you should expect the apartment to be cleaned once a week, although someone is on hand 6 days a week, should you require any help/cleaning more often, and this will come courtesy of me to help you enjoy your stay even more.

Happy Valley is one of the friendliest and nicest places to stay in Hong Kong, with the Race Course only a 5 minute walk away, there are many bars and restaurants with outside space for you to enjoy and relax on an evening out, rather than having to head into Central.

Transport wise, you can easily grab a taxi, jump on a bus, 1 min walk away to all over Hong Kong, 10 mins walk to Causeway Bay MTR or/and enjoy a tram ride to take you directly into Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Central, Sheung Wan and as far away as Kennedy Town.

If you want to feel Hong Kong, breath Hong Kong and LIVE Hong Kong, this apartment in Happy Valley is perfect for you.

Enjoy! :)

  • I spent 4 nights in Caroline's apartment with my Lovely wife in August 2013. The whole pad is very clean, homey and in a quiet decent neighborhood. This can rival even a 4* hotel by HK standard. This is exactly suits a couch potato like me, but unfortunately I have to go along with my wife for shopping...:-(.The picture, the location/ transpo and the nearby establishments are correctly presented by Caroline. Although we did not meet her in person, she was very accommodating and always checking if we have problem. Her assistant, Bernadette is exceptionally nice person also; extending her assistance to us anytime of day whenever I called her for help to find directions. (Note: If Bernadette cannot answer your call during ring duration & she called you back, PLEASE REJECT her call and call her again immediately to save money on her phone bill). I am very confident to recommend this place but only to responsible and considerate individuals because the place commands respect in terms of cleanliness & neatness.

  • Caroline's 2-BD apartment was available for me stay. As I needed to commute to CWB everyday, the commute was very easy by taking the small bus just down the road.

Her place was neat, had a full kitchen, and a real bathroom with a bath tub!

Everything you need is there to relax as well as many restaurants and a wonderful supermarket called Fusion just a block away.

Simply put, it was like staying at home.

She is very responsive to your needs and her maid, Bernie, was wonderful also.

When you see this place available, just grab it.

    Cheers,
    Steven

About
I am a single mum from the UK and I've returned to Hong Kong recently with my 18 month old baby to start a new business! I love to spend time with my baby, work on my career, manage events and socialising! Having travelled with my little one to Thailand, the US, Asia and the UK, I would have loved to have known about Air BnB then! I think it's a fabulous concept and gives travellers an affordable option to travel whilst living as a local, getting a taste of the 'real' city they are visiting! There's a few sayings I have but the main one being 'everything happens for a reason' and sure enough it does! :)
