The townhome is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind and make yourself at home.
Other things to note
Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle and chains may be required during or after a storm. Northstar is about a 10-minute drive, so you will be glad you came prepared.
Parking: Up to 2 vehicles (1 in the garage, 1 in the driveway). Shared driveway, please be respectful of neighbors. No street parking.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
No open flames. Tahoe's forests are highly fire-prone.
No parties, events or commercial shoots. We keep things low-key.
Shoes off indoors, please.
Two floors. Stairs are part of the charm.
Cancellations: Our policy is firm. We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, road closures or air quality events.
