BestwayXP is a private experiential retreat offering multiple pools, a Lay-Z-Spa jacuzzi, a large garden, and a wide variety of outdoor & indoor games. Ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy and nature.

🌿 Accommodation Options

1. Outdoor XP Zone (4 hours):
For groups of 5–20. Includes multiple pools, jacuzzi, all outdoor games, garden sit-out and dedicated outdoor washroom. No access to rooms. Free WiFi.

2. Overnight Stay (3PM–11AM):
Includes 2 guest rooms (up to 7–8 guests), evening tea/coffee, dry breakfast, luxe dinner (ordered as per guest request), morning tea, all games, hookah (18+ outdoors), WiFi, pools & jacuzzi.

3. Full Property Booking (2+ nights):
Access to up to 3 guest rooms (up to 12 guests). All overnight inclusions. Host vacates during full-property stays. Office room stays locked.

Staff is available on-site for maintenance, assistance, cleaning of common areas, and safety supervision.

Gujarat is a Dry State — alcohol is not permitted.

No loud music outdoors; keep noise moderate to respect neighbours and wildlife.

The property shares space with nature: you may see birds, monkeys, reptiles — maintain distance, do not feed or disturb wildlife.

Pools & jacuzzi require safe use: no sharp objects, no leaning on frames, no rough play.

Kids must be supervised at all times (no lifeguard).

Dinner is ordered readymade as per guest preference; custom/Jain requests can be managed.

Hookah allowed outdoors for 18+ during overnight stays.

Outdoor XP guests must use the outdoor washroom only.

Full liability for any damage or missing items (pools, jacuzzi, games, equipment, room items). Charges are at actual replacement cost.
