Had a very warm welcome from Carmen and Paul. It felt like coming home. I only planned to stay one night but if I would have had more time I would have stayed longer. Thanks for the good discussions, the pleasant stay and the very healthy and good breakfast. I'll definitely be back when on Vancouver Island again.
Best regards, Marc
Paul and Carmen are fantastic hosts. It was great to stay with them. We got some very useful tipps where to go and what to do. You can feel at home at the house, which is nice located and sozrrunded by a lot of trees. Our stay was a fantastic experience. Wanna come back. And before I forget: whale watich in Port McNeill is fantastic. You can close to Orcas...

About the Host, Paul And Carmen
Carmen and I love building relationships. Whether we have known you as a fellow life trekker for ages or you have stayed with us for only one or two nights, the next time we get together, its like it was only yesterday and the fun begins again.
We like a morning coffee relaxing in the hot tub planning our day. I like mowing the grass for the multitude of spring and summer robins that seem to have an endless supply of food for their young ones.
A good Dungeness crab feed or a fresh salmon steak broiled to perfection is a common summer extravagance. But, it is no fun by ourselves. Guests make our day.
Visit us and our place is yours to find one of many quiet spots to hang out on your own or if you like, come and visit with us. We live downstairs, you live upstairs with privacy. We understand a world traveler's life can be busy.
For us, life is about relationships. Come, stay with us and be special.
