The space
Nestled at the edge of the Sawtooth Mountains, this monolithic dome is a sculptural sanctuary designed to transport you beyond the ordinary. Conceived by designer-builder Anastasiya Dudik with a “future primitive” ethos, the space merges elemental materials with bold, curving architecture - offering an immersive retreat unlike anything else in the high desert.
Step inside and a vast, light filled interior unfolds around you. Sixteen foot ceilings sweep overhead in a cathedral-like arc, carrying gentle echoes that amplify the dome’s sense of stillness and scale. Smooth, lunar-toned plaster walls meet custom furnishings shaped from boulders and stainless steel, grounding the experience in tactile, otherworldly beauty.
Through panoramic sliding doors, a circular saltwater pool and spa extend toward sweeping desert views - perfectly framing golden hour as it dissolves into the jagged silhouette of the Sawtooth range. The effect is cinematic, serene, and unmistakably elemental.

MONOLITHIC ARCHITECTURE & SUSTAINABILITY
Far more than striking form, the dome is a masterclass in resilient, sustainable living. Its curved envelope and thick concrete walls - wrapped in high-performance insulation - create a naturally energy-efficient interior that stays comfortable through extreme desert temperatures. The thermal mass absorbs heat by day and releases it slowly at night, reducing reliance on artificial cooling and heating. The result: a space that’s gentle on the planet without compromising comfort.
Constructed from steel-reinforced concrete and finished in hand-troweled stucco, the dome is inherently fire-resistant and engineered to withstand earthquakes, high winds, and harsh climates. It isn’t just a sanctuary - it’s a fortress of endurance.

Other things to note
Cell Reception
There is limited cell service at the property. Please enable ‘Wi-Fi Calling’ to make and receive calls or texts when connected to the Dome’s Wi-Fi.
Pets
If you wish to bring a pet, a $50 pet fee per stay applies. Please note the property is not fully fenced, so we kindly ask that pets remain on a leash at all times to avoid encounters with local wildlife. Additionally, please clean up after your pet and keep them off all furniture.
Kids
For children under 13 traveling with you, a $100 fee applies to set up a 5-foot safety fence around the pool. Please let us know in advance if you require this setup.
Wildlife
Expect to see wildlife during your stay - owls, coyotes, rabbits, lizards - are all part of the surrounding area. Please be mindful of the potential encounters and keep a safe distance.
Pool Heating
To have the pool preheated for your arrival, please notify us in advance. To heat the pool to 86°F, the supplemental per day charge is $250, which is what we get charged by the propane company. Please note that pool heating is for a 2 day minimum. Spa heating is included with your stay.
Pool Service
To keep the pool as pristine as possible, the pool is serviced every Friday morning. Our pool technician will go directly to the backyard to work on the pool in order to respect your privacy.
No Smoking
No smoking inside or within 10 feet of the house. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM - no outdoor noise is allowed during this time. We kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours to help us respect our neighbors and preserve the tranquil desert setting.
Unauthorized Guests
Our vacation rental permit allows up to 4 guests and 3 vehicles overnight & up to 8 guests and 4 vehicles during the day.
These policies are strictly enforced. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund, and any county fines will be charged to responsible guests.
Photoshoots & Events
This property is offered as a private residential stay only.
Any photography, videography, or content creation intended for commercial, promotional, editorial, brand, monetized, or sponsored use is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance and contracted separately.
Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):
• Brand campaigns
• Sponsored content
• Product shoots
• Influencer collaborations
• Monetized YouTube/TikTok content
• Editorial publications
• Portfolio or professional marketing materials
• Any content involving paid talent, crew, or stylists
If you intend to create content beyond personal, non-sponsored use on your private social media channels, you must disclose this prior to booking and obtain written approval.
All commercial shoots are subject to separate production rates and must be booked through Witness Locations.
Unauthorized commercial use of the property or its images will result in:
• Immediate termination of stay without refund
• A minimum commercial usage fee equal to the full production day rate
• Potential legal action for unauthorized commercial exploitation
