Welcome to Treehouse at Trinity!

Nestled among the trees with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains, Treehouse at Trinity is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home designed for relaxation, adventure, and quality family time.

In winter and spring, enjoy panoramic vistas of snow-capped peaks framed by blue skies and sparkling lake waters. In summer, the Aspen trees shimmer in the breeze while you relax on the stone patio—perfect for evening BBQs or enjoying a drink under the stars.

The SpaceOn the main level, you’ll find:

A bright and cozy living/dining room with vaulted ceilings and a copper-accented fireplace.

A sun-soaked outdoor deck.

A fully upgraded kitchen with alder cabinets, granite countertops, a new fridge, cooktop, and dishwasher.

One bedroom and a full bathroom with bath tub, with beautiful hardwood and stone flooring.

Upstairs offers three additional bedrooms:

A master with a king bed.

A guest room with a queen bed.

A third room with a single/single bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests.

A full bathroom.

Pet Policy:

Dogs must be pre-approved before booking. Unfortunately, some breeds are excluded due to our insurance policy.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the home without an adult.

Always use poop bags, and dogs must be leashed when outside.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 8 people – strictly enforced.

No outdoor gatherings past 8:30 PM (county ordinance).

No parties or events. NO STREET PARKING

Guests staying 30 nights or more will have access to the pool, which is open June through August.

Our landscaper may visit during your stay—he comes every other week to check sprinklers and blow the driveway. Visits are quick and unobtrusive.

We're just minutes from town for convenient shopping and dining.

All public beaches are close by ( skylandia state beach and commons beach are the beaches close to the house), and outdoor enthusiasts will love the hiking, biking, and cross-country ski trails right across from the neighborhood entrance.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic for extra peace and privacy.

We love Airbnb and value hosting you and your groups - let us know if we can make your visit more enjoyable! I own my real estate company with my wife, Roxie. We love to ski, ride our cruiser mountain bikes (mine's a vintage stump Jumper), and road trip/camp in our Sncro VW Vanagon (one of our best road trips was from Tahoe to the Vancouver Olympics in 2010). I am an Olympian (my teammate Bonnie Blaire corrected me "never former, never past..") My pal Tomba took the golds that year in Calgary. Squaw Valley Riverfront Cabin-Our cabin is so cool - right on the tranquil waters of the Truckee River, 5 minutes from Squaw Valley, 4 miles to Truckee. We love it - and so will you! Trinity Tree House- Is another amazing large home in the Tahoe City area. It's perfect for the fun filled times in Tahoe. All my friends tell me they just want to camp out and never leave. Sunrise Hot Tub and Sauna are a surprise to most visitors.
