You would love living here because of the location - close to the city centeron a bike or by bus line 5A or Metro. The location is furthermore close to Amagerbrogade with shops and many cafes. Great supermarket "Kvickly" next door. Close to the Airport (10 min to Amagerbro Metro). Free parking. The beach is a close bike ride away and so is Amagerfælled and Bella Center (green recreational area perfect for a morning jog)

The apartment was great and very convenient to where I needed to be in Copenhagen.

Can confirm all the previous positive comments. A well equipped apartment with everything you need to feel at home. We followed Thomas's instructions and walked from the Tube to the flat which took about 12 minutes. The supermarket can be seen from the kitchen window and is about 4 minutes away. The 5C bus (about 7 minutes walk from the flat) takes you right into the centre of Copenhagen and gives access to all other routes/destinations. The locals are very friendly and all speak excellent English (puts us to shame!!) and give any needed advice. We will return!!

Great little penthouse apartment in a super quiet area of Copenhagen. The photos posted show exactly what it is like - relaxing and comfortable loungeroom and balcony area, comfy bed with fluffy doonas and a great kitchen when you want to escape the pricey restaurants!! Very clean and tidy and had the necessary toiletries and well equipped cleaning items to get you through. Being on the top floor it also has a little lift. Thomas was a great host - his communication leading up to our visit was fantastic, he arranged the key pick up near the train easily, and he popped in to meet us when we first arrived. He also left some notes for us regarding wifi password, waste disposal, good restaurants, etc. The location was great for us - 10 minute train from the airport to amagerbro, 10-15 minute walk to the apartment from there. There are restaurants on the main street, lots of smaller supermarkets too, but the best supermarket was Qvickly, located within a 5 minute walk of the apartment. There may have been a supermarket at Amager Centre, but we did not make it there. It is about a 3.5km walk to the edge of central Copenhagen - we like to walk so was fine for us, as we then hired bikes for the rest of our stay. Plenty of bike parking outside the apartment. Had a fantastic stay at Thomas' apartment!

If you are wanting to visit Copenhagen, I can thoroughly recommend Thomas's home as a place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable in that stylish way that Scandinavians are so good at. The area is a little further out but this allows for a more authentic experience of the city, rather than a tourist one. The area is well served by public transport, bicycle rentals and the apartments have private parking if you drive there (as we did). And Thomas himself was a generous, gracious and very helpful host. Although he couldn't be there to meet us, he still made us feel very welcome and was a goldmine of information to help us with navigating the city. You won't regret a stay here.

I'm a creative well travelled guy living "la dolce vita" in wonderful Copenhagen and use the world as my play ground. I love to cook, play the violin and create art.
