The apartment located in the attic of a 19th century building and offers around 15 square meters of pleasure, comfort and character on the one of the oldest and most beautiful street in the Ljubljana's old town. It's located in the pedestrian area, away from noisy traffic . When you enter into the central space, you notice a MICRO chic living area with high speed wifi and a perfectly equipped kitchen.
Next to the living space , there is small but cozy bathroom that offers all the comfort needed and more.
We have Air-condition that will keep you cool during the heat of the summer and floor heating that will keep you warm in the cold winter nights.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is small and basic but equipped and stocked with utensils and kitchenware just like at home, with an electric stove, a fridge, a kettle and a Krups Nespresso coffee machine perfect for any amateur chef looking to prepare a delicious meal. The dinning table is small but just big enough to fit two people comfortably while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner. The tap water is drinkable.
BATHROOM
The modern bathroom is meticulously clean, well lit and equipped with everything you might need, complimentary shampoo/shower gel and plenty of towels. It has a wonderful shower.
MAIN SPACE
The bedroom part, on the back side of the studio is a simple and quiet sleeping nest, all in white and we believe, you will experience one of the best sleeping experience of your life because the mini size bed (120cm) is equipped with a unique Nixon mattress that will make you feel as you never left home... Full blackout curtains provided.

The apartment is ideally located in the very heart of Ljubljana and yet away from the most crowded areas.
• 5 min walk to the central bus and railway station.
• 3 min walk (1 min by bike) to the Prešernov Trg.
• 5 min walk from the Ljubljana’s colorful Central Market.
• 10 min from the Metelkova Street, the artistic heart of Ljubljana.
• 50 m from the first bus-stop. But you won’t need a bus since everything is so easily accessible by foot.
• 100 m from the supermarket with excellent bakery, pastries, food and
drinks open every day.
• Right next to the supermarket, there’s an ATM cash machine and pharmacy–open day and night.
