  • I had a great stay and would certainly stay again. The apartment is well located to express transport, is quiet and cozy. The best part, however; are Nicolette, Christian and Sable. All three are passionate about what they do and are very open people. I really enjoyed talking to to all of them and hearing about their respective ideas, goals and how they view New York. They're very friendly, welcoming and flexible, all made for a great stay, one of the best I've had with Air BnB.

  • I spent 8 days at Nicolette's apt and fully recommend it to everybody; hosting was professional, the room and the whole flat is clean, well equipped, comfortable, so it's ideal for the purpose. wifi is 100% OK, bed is super comfortable.
The place is safe and very close to the subway
    I'd definitely go there again.

  • I had an awesome experience overall. From the start, I felt very welcomed. Christian was very nice and quickly recommended a local food joint so I could eat and grab a drink to settle in. The room is small, but plenty of space if you have luggage and stuff. The closet was sufficient for everything too, with hangers, and warm bed sheets provided. The place was always warm, which was awesome to get back to after long days in the cold.

The neighborhood was safe. It reminds me a lot of Los Angeles. Anyways, if you want to get around throughout New York fairly quick and cheaply ($30 pass for the week), the A train is only two blocks away. There's also local trendy cafés and food joints close by near the 1 train, but I didn't get a chance to explore towards that direction. I did however try the French toast at Tanto Dulce cafe, which was amazing.

I was visiting NY more for photographic business than pleasure, so I was very independent and gone most of the day exploring. Nicolette and Christian gave me a set of keys to come in and out when I pleased. The room is next to the entrance. Sable was nice and friendly, but I did not get to see everyone only here and there because I was out the entire day. I would recommend this place for short or long visits, but for those who are more on the independent side. The bed may fit two, and there is plenty of space for things, but as a solo traveler I felt that all my needs we're satisfied and the hosts were everything I could hoped for on my first Airbnb experience 2300+ mi away from home. I'd definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Nicolette and Christian!

  • Nicolette is a very warm and engaging host. The accommodations are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great. A quick walk to the train, and just 2 express stops to Columbus Circle. Plenty of shopping and eating options.

  • Very nice rental for someone travelling alone.
The place is close to the subway, photos are accurate, and Christian and Nicolette were really nice and very flexible with the check-in chan check-out (but check with them first).
I recommend for anyone visiting the city !

  • chris and nicollete were great hosts. the neighborhood is great. some good places to eat at all times of the day. the room it self was sufficient for my needs. Over all a great place and great people to stay with.

  • The experience was great, i had all the freedom I wanted but at the same time I knew I had someone to ask if I needed something.

  • The neighbourhood is just great and the hosts are very good people. Train A (express) is 3 blocks from the apt and train 1 is four or five blocks from it, over Broadway (there are other lines at the same distances). There's no problem for coming and going downtown at any time. Small but confortable room, well heated and the bed is very good. Don't expect a great view through the window. Almost no street sounds. upstairs neighbours may be a little noisy sometimes. Ah! The stove is great and the living's couch is very confortable too.
