The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick house duplex features a newly renovated, open floor plan living space with huge backyard and large patio. There is a main bedroom and a baby room that houses a blow up mattress. The main living space is a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances, wood floors and bar stools. The connected living room reading chair and comfortable couch next to the dining area featuring a large wood table for six. The backyard is huge, with a large brick patio and chickens.
We are in an ideal location: 20 mins to Downtown Denver, 20 mins to Red Rocks, 10 mins to Colorado Mills Outlets, 5 minutes to Belmar Shopping Center, 5 minutes to Green Mountain Hiking Trails, walking distance to the Federal Center and St. Anthony's Hospital.
You will have access to the upper floor of the house (all the pictures shown), off-street parking, huge backyard and patio. No laundry.

Staying at Chelsey's house was great!! Spotless, welcoming and excellent location. We stayed for a weekend and the house is close enough to downtown Denver but far enough away to avoid a lot of the traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the house and yard were great! Lots of parking, everything we needed in the house. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!!!
We loved staying at the Farmhouse! Booked a week before our 2 day stay, and Chelsea was very accommodating and quick to respond to emails. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The house was so nice - great design and decor! We felt very welcome and comfortable the entire time. Huge outdoor space, though we didn't have a lot of time to use it as we were out exploring most of the day. Thank you for opening your home!
Great Neighborhood-- quiet and very cozy. Would love to come back here again! The house is set up in a welcoming way and has a large backyard. We were very lucky to stay at this place for our first time using Airbnb :)
The host was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel especially welcome. We enjoyed the Farmhouse, felt comfortable and relaxed.
The book of information and suggested activities came in quite handy. The instructions were wonderfully clear and took care of every question. Because of the suggested activities we visited Red Rocks Park, a spectacular and glorious place.
Nice place and quiet neighborhood, I would stay again. Host was quick to respond to emails.
The reservation was canceled 28 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
This was a wonderful home to stay in. Very accommodating and Chelsey responded very quickly when I had any questions. I would stay here again!

About the Host, Chelsey
My husband and I live in a suburb of Denver called Lakewood. We are both school teachers so we spend our summers biking, climbing or hiking. We have a puggle named Charlie and 3 chickens.
We love to spend time outdoors, garden, work on house projects, read, be in the mountains, travel and spend time with friends and family.
We love meeting people and hearing stories about traveling and fun adventures people have been on.
