Our most secluded cabin, this 2 bedroom, 1 & ½ bath, two-story cabin is 'perched' at the highest level of our upper road. It has a panoramic view of the mountains, but you’ll walk 26 steps to porch level. One bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size day bed in the same room. The full bath is newly renovated with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, and has a stone fireplace. Sleeps up to 6 adults.

Welcome to “Rooster’s Perch" Cabin, your private retreat nestled on our expansive 64-acre estate! Enjoy exclusive access to your own cozy cabin, complete with a relaxing hot tub and a spacious deck where you can unwind and take in the serene surroundings.
As our guest, you will not only have the luxury of your private cabin but also full access to all the amenities our estate has to offer. Explore our horse stables, meet friendly animals at the petting farm, cast a line in the tranquil fishing pond, or embark on an adventure along our scenic hiking trails. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, our estate provides the perfect backdrop for your getaway.
For safety reasons, we ask that guests refrain from entering horse stalls and the horse pasture while horses are present. However, you are welcome to pet the horses in the stalls and interact with those that come to the pasture fences. We kindly request that parents supervise their children around the horses, fishing pond, and petting farm to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience. Enjoy your stay at Rooster’s Perch!

Explore local favorites such as the Railroad Museum, the Heritage Museum, Cades Cove Cellars Winery, The Abbey, Dancing Bear Bistro, The Peaceful Side Social, and The Little River Pub, all conveniently close by.
