You'll have a dresser and large closet to yourself, and there's space on our front porch for skis, bikes and other gear.
We provide free wireless internet access. There's a flat screen TV in the room with basic cable service and a PC input port in case you want to watch your own videos.

Interaction with Guests
In the morning we provide fresh coffee, or hot water and tea. We enjoy getting to know our guests and we're happy to introduce you to some of our favorite local spots.
Here are some of the things to do very close by:
Walk across the street to Park City Mountain Resort’s newest base area, Silver Star, where you’ll find a lift ticket office and the Silver Star lift, the quickest, least crowded way onto PCMR’s slopes. The Silver Star base is also home to a great ski/sports shop, and a cafe.
The Deer Valley and Canyons resorts are just down the road, 10 minutes by car or 30 by Park City’s free shuttle bus system. Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude are all less than an hour away by car.
Out our back door is the 5km loop of White Pine Touring’s groomed X-C ski track. Also across the street is the Spiro trailhead for snowshoe expeditions into the Wasatch Mountains.
In summertime, the X-C ski track is better known as Park City Municipal Golf course; we’re located on the 14th hole, an easy walk to the pro shop and first tee. The Spiro and Armstrong trailhead across the street links you to Park City’s 300 miles of hiking and bike trails. Silver Star Sports has mountain bike rentals or it’s a short walk to many other shops and activities.
We’re also just a few minutes' drive to backpacking in the Uintas and Wasatch ranges, and to fly-fishing on the Provo and Weber Rivers.
Other summertime activities and events include the Park Silly Sunday Market, many outdoor concerts, and the Kimball Arts Festival.
Across the street, the Silver Star Café has great food and weekly live music events. Other amenities within walking distance include Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Squatter’s Road House Grill, The Market and Fresh Market grocery stores, a huge state liquor store open ‘til 11pm, Chase Bank ATM and the Park City Mountain Resort center.
From Salt Lake airport, drive or take a quick shuttle ride for round-trip transportation right to our door. Parking at our condominium is free, but is unsheltered. We recommend the shuttle because once you’re here it’s easy to get around without a car and shoveling out your car after a major powder dump just burns skiing time.
Once you're here, walk across the street to pick up the free city bus for transportation to Park City’s Historic Main Street, Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Resort, Kimball Junction and Tanger Outlet Mall.
Other Things to Note
We have a lovable and sociable dog, but she is not allowed in the guest room (unless invited). You are welcome to take her along on your walks and hikes.
Motorcycle tourers: Dave's into adventure riding. We enjoy hosting bike travelers who are just passing by or want to explore some great local motorbike roads. Parking is easy just outside our front door.
Since our guest room is part of our home, we like to know a bit about our guests. If you haven't already, please take few minutes to fill in your Airbnb profile, including picture, and verify your credentials with Airbnb.
WHILE YOU'RE HERE
We’re a non-smoking house – no smokers or drugs, please! Alcohol is fine; we enjoy good wine and we'll be happy to introduce you to a few of our local micro-breweries.
David & Jenny are very welcoming, friendly and full of good humor. And Pache is a perfect host, too. Everthing was as described, very clean and very comfortable. The room and the separate bath spread the feeling of comfort.
My hosts were very helpful, we had interesting and inspiringly conversations. They know everything about the area and are willing to share this knowledge.
It was like staying at home - thanky you very much!
Our stay with David and Jenny was fantastic! It really was like visiting old friends. They opened and shared a bottle of wine (and good conversation) with us on the first night, and they also lent us maps for our hikes, including recommendations for trails. They generously let us use a blanket for both a lawn concert and 4th of July celebration, as well as creating room in their refrigerator for some of our leftovers from great local restaurants. The location is fantastic. We went on numerous hikes in easy reach, shopped at the outlets on a rainy day, drove 15 minutes to the Olympic Park, and found a kayaking company to suit our needs with David's help. Their dog was super friendly too - an extra bonus for animal lovers like us (dog hair does comes with the dog). I would definitely stay here again.
David and Jenny 's place was PERFECT! There home is right in the middle of one of the best cities! Lots of great trails for mountain biking, dining, site seeing .... it was gorgeous! I am not a dog lover, but I feel in love with their adorable black lab. He greeted us every day at the door and even chilled with us a few times! David and Jenny recommend a few places to eat. We even soaked in the hot tub to relax for a long day. Lovely! We will definitely be coming back!!
The hosts are super friendly, they make you feel right at home. The place is inviting and clean, and the surroundings are beautiful. Very much like described. Will definitely consider staying here again!
We enjoyed our stay at David and Jenny's. The space is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The location is convenient for driving anywhere around Park City. It's also a nice walk to Main St, plus there are plenty of buses around town to make non-car commute convenient. Overall, we would stay here again and having Pache, the dog, around was lovely. The hosts also accommodated our late departure which was critical given our red eye flight.
We can only echo all the other glowing reviews below. There is nothing negative that can be said about Dave & Jenny, their condo, the amenities, the location or even their dog Pache! If you are not staying with Dave & Jenny during your time in Park City, you are making a terrible mistake!
Dave and Jenny were fantastic hosts. Gorgeous condo perfectly situated on the golf course and within short walking distance to the lifts. Hot tub was a perk after a long day of skiing and Pache was a great companion on the couch while reading a book. Ask for their local restaurant/wine bar recommendations as they were spot on. This is a real gem and we WILL be back!
