The entire house, yard, pool, and hot tub are available for guest use, with the exception of the detached ADU, garage, and the ensuite bathroom closet.
•The ADU pool house is closed and not to be accessed by guests; it is used for long-term storage.
•The Garage is also being used for storage and not intended for guest use.

A standard rental agreement will be sent after booking — nothing unusual, just covering the basics like pool safety, guest count, etc.
