  • Luca was very helpfull and friendly and gave us lots of information and a map we could use.
Unfortunatly the appartment was a bit run down and for its condition too expensive. the toillet seat was shaky, the shower was not very clean and the water did not drain off. the kitchen was not cleaned and the stuff in the cupboard smelled funny.
I think for students the appartment ist really good, but for us it was too "alternative".

  • We had a lovely stay in this wonderfully located apartment! We arrived past midnight and Luca was kind enough to meet us super late. We also used the driver service from the airport he offered which was very helpful (and fair price) specially because of our late arrival.
The flat is great for a couple, its not too spacious but had everything we needed. It has a vintage charm and the neighborhood has a cool atmosphere. WiFi worked well, shower was hot - wait 20 minutes between people, well equipped, cozy.
Bring your earplugs- house next door is being renovated :)
Overall we had a great time in Rome :)

  • Rome is a magnificent city, Trastevere is one of the most strategically wise areas to stay and the apartment is almost literally two steps away from its most central square! It's clean, and although it's small (ideal for a couple) u can find so many unexpected things inside, like books about rome in english, all necessary stuff for preparing basic meals, hairdryer, some plug adapters etc.
Finally and maybe most importantly Luca is a very eager person and will help u and be patient even if things get hard. we were arriving in the night, got so delayed to leave Ciampino airport and he waited for us in the area till after 1am without even complaining!
PS: Trust him with his suggestions about where to eat!!!

  • Luca was an exceptional host! He was really flexible with checking in and out and more than willing to provide us with information about Rome! We are very satisfied with our booking and we loved the location and the flat. It is quaint and cozy, and we really enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood. We were also walking distance from all major sites! You would be lucky to stay here and have Luca as your host!

  • We had a great stay in Luca's place. He met us at the place, handed over the keys, gave a brief introduction to the apartment and let us know that we could always contact him if needed.

The flat was perfectly located and had everything we needed.

  • Luca was incredibly helpful, meeting us from the Tram and directing us to the apartment. There was a wealth of information in the apartment and Luca provided us with advice on good places to eat and drink. The Apartment is in the bustling heart of Trastevere with lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and is perfectly situated for exploring the major sites of Rome, being a short (15-20 minutes) walk from all the major sites.

  • Luca was an exceptional host. He was always available to help and got back to us very quickly whenever we had a question... No matter how big or small. The flat is located in an excellent and vibrant neighbourhood. Filled with amazing restaurants, cozy bars and small boutique type shops. It was just a quick walk to most areas that you would want to discover.
The apartment itself is very clean and well equipped. It is small but comes with all of the necessities... Including WIFI. Perfect for a couple or two friends.
I would definitely come back and rent again.

  • We had the most amazing stay at Luca's place! We arrived on Friday night late. Luca was waiting for us to check in. We stay 4 full days. He was very friendly and open and helped us with all our questions about Rome. We got awesome recommendations for the city, which just made our stay even better.
The apartment is perfectly located (everything in walking distance), very comfortable and cosy. Our room was incredibly big with a cosy bed and even an empty wardrobe for all our clothing.
There are great places where to eat close to Lucas’s place.
    1) There is one Enoteca (Wine Bar) 50m from the flat where we used to go for a last drink after a long journey in Rome’s Street.
    2) There is a kind of Bakery named “La Renela” 250m from the flat where you can eat a fantastic pizza for a cheap price. We used to go there every day even for a late breakfast.
    3) For dinner, 10min from the flat there is the best restaurant we went to, Called Nona Betta for the best fried Artichoke in town.
    Highly recommended! Thanks Luca!
