Luxury experience everyone dreams of: walking distance to downtown, being surrounded by dozens of wineries, quiet and safe, plenty of free parking spots. It is a ranch style large house with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, along with contemporary large living room and dining room. A great getaway place for a group or family gathering. Trader Joe's, Nob Hill Foods, Posada Alta ( best Latin American food), Hawaiian BBQ, and many others. Pack n Play Crib, High Chair, Stroller, Car Seat, Board Games, etc.

The space
It is a luxury ranch house with 4 beds and 2 baths. There is a studio attached to the house on the left, but each has good privacy. Fenced backyard and laundry are shared. Across from the house is a quiet church. Plenty of free street parking spots are available. Nearby a best high school in town with occasional band music or football game cheers during weekend.

Guest access
Front patio and driveway parking on the right. Laundry and backyard ( access from a door in the laundry) are shared with the studio.

Other things to note
We charge $5 per pet per night for the 2nd pet, and an extra pet fee after the 7th night for the first pet, after approval from the host. Please help change to the slippers after entering the house. No smoke and weeds inside and nearby the house.
