Very well organized mini apartment that can host up to 5 persons on the second floor of ancient and renewed building of only 4 floors.(no lift)
Big bedroom equipped by a double bed and a double pull out coach(with 2 windows overlooking the famous and antique Piazza Costaguti) one more bed could be provided by the puff located between this room and the kitchen fully equipped, table and chairs, toilet with shower.
This flat is located on second floor (no lift) in a very ancient and typical roman medieval time period.
All this district is very famous and a must see for turists that visit Rome.
Raffaella's flat was fantastic. It had lots of room, great light, fast WiFi, and the location was perfect. It's a five minute walk from Campo de Fiori and another 10-15 minutes from Trastevere and the Roman Forum. There are many busses and trams that stop nearby. It was exactly what I needed while visiting Rome. Raffaella was great to work with and got me booked very last minute. She had lots of recommendations on local restaurants and was quick to answer questions about the apartment. The tiny bathroom was a challenge but this is normal for European apartments. The street Piazza Costaguti is very busy and loud, however. Definitely bring your ear-plugs (I never travel without them). I highly recommend booking with Raffaella.
The apartment was nice and clean, and we had all we needed, even coffee. Raffaella was responsive, helpful and nice.
We have been in Rome, in Raffaella's apartment for 5 days.
We had a problem with another apartment we rented, and we arrived to Rome without place to be.
Airbnb was very fast and efficienct, suggesting us other places, as well as contact us personally.
We chose Raffaella's place, and it was a great idea.
Rafaella was very fast, due the problem we were facing, and we could be in the appartment in one hour.
The appartment was clean, with nice services, and very well localized.
Furthermore we would like to thank Raffaella one more time the easy treat, and the possibility of leaving late the apartment the last day, because our flight time.
Raffaella, and her apartment highly recomended!
Exactly as announced.
Raffaela always answered our questions promptly.
Perfect location. Usually very
Quiet (at Saturday night was a little noizzy).
Appartment was clean, very comfi bed, you have everything you need also for cooking or just a salad.
We got there very late (11 p.m) & Raffaella's son Alberto helped us very much with luggege and with recomandation about things to do.
Great place :-)
Great little apartment in a great location. The neighborhood is very nice in a pedestrian only area and has some wonderful bakeries and restaurants right by. The studio was left to us very clean and tidy. Also, the shower does not run out of hot water quickly as a few of the apartments we stayed in did so that was a big plus for me. Would recommend.
The location is great. The wi-fi works perfect and that makes a huge difference.
Having a working kitchen made our stay much cheaper and enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pots and dish ware. There was even some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There is a cheap supermarket nearby were we got groceries for 3 for the same price of a dish of pasta for one in a restaurant. Including bottles of 2 euro wine, that were very good.
Don't miss the gelato place in the Jewish getto nearby, it's one of the best we tried, and we tried a lot of gelato.
The bathroom is small, as one would expect, but works great. All it lacks is some sort of holder for soap and toiletries on the shower. There were plenty of clean towels available for use.
There is a washing machine that works perfect and was great for doing the laundry that comes from a longer trip.
The apartment was spotless when we got there.
Now for the weaker points: we were a couple and a friend and its a studio, that is not very clear at the add. There is no door between the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. It made for a lack of privacy I wasn't expecting.
The TV cable is disconnected, but we just hooked one of the cellphones on the HDMI cable and watched Netflix.
