Step outside to your screened-in patio and private pool oasis—perfect for morning coffee, lazy afternoons, or sunset dinners fresh off the grill. The pool can be heated for extra fee year-round enjoyment.

With family-friendly touches, beach gear, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this home is designed to make every stay seamless, relaxing, and unforgettable. Whether you’re here for golf, sunshine, or simply slowing down—you’ll find everything you need right here.

Guests enjoy full and private access to this spacious home—no shared spaces, no interruptions. You’ll have the entire house, screened patio, private pool, and yard all to yourselves, plus free driveway parking for up to 4 cars.

Please note: the garage is reserved for storage and not available for guest use.

Inside, the home is fully equipped for comfort:
- Kitchen – stocked with cookware, dinnerware, coffee makers (drip + Keurig), toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.
- Bedrooms & Baths – fresh linens, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and all essentials.
- Outdoor & Beach Gear – pool and beach towels, chairs, and sunshade ready for your next outing.

- Pool heating is available by request (additional fee: $20 per 5°F increase on setup day, then $20/day to maintain).

- Family-Friendly Touches – playpen with bedding, high chair, baby bath, and child-safe dinnerware available on request—just let us know before arrival.

- Entertainment for Everyone – a selection of books, games, and coloring materials for both kids and adults ensures there’s always something fun to enjoy.

- Relax knowing everything you need for a seamless stay is right here—from family comfort to poolside leisure.

Other things to note
- Pool Heater:

If you’d like the pool heater activated, please let us know in advance so we can adjust it to your desired temperature.
Cost: $20 per every 5°F increase, plus $20 to maintain the temperature for the rest of the stay. We require the charge being paid before we turn on the heater.

- Water Level Maintenance:
Please monitor the water level in the pool. If it’s low, use the hose by the pool to refill.
The correct water level is midway up the skimmer (the rectangular opening on the pool wall facing the golf course).
Maintaining this level helps prevent equipment damage—thank you for your attention to this!

Pool Service:
Our professional pool service team visits every Wednesday to clean and maintain the pool.

- Lighting Instructions
All light switches are labeled for ease of use.
To turn on the string lights, plug in the green cord located on the side of the bar table.

Sandpiper Bay is a quaint and pristine neighborhood which features the Saints Public Golf Course and Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens.

5 minutes away by car is Sandpiper Bay Resort and Marina an all-inclusive resort on Port Saint Lucie River, which offers the largest Sports School and Academies in the community.

The house is 1/4 of a mile just west of US-1.
Sandpiper Bay is the perfect place to indulge in Golfing, fishing, diving , beaching and a great place for exploring the natural environment of Port St. Lucie.
With its location just a 1/4 of a mile west of US-1 the area is close to Hutchinson Island, only about a 20 min drive from its beautiful beaches.

min drive to Jensen beach and Stewart, the artsy little beach towns with excellent restaurants and cute shops.

The Sandpiper bay area is an ideal place to stay for a laid-back Florida golf and beach vacation. In addition to being right on the Saints golf course, The sandpiper bay golf course is only a 5 min drive away.

For the ultimate golf experience visit the close by PGA Village that includes the Wanamaker, Ryder, and Dye courses.
The resort also boasts a Family Short Course, which has a mere six holes, perfect for those traveling with children. Book a lesson with a pro, play all 54 holes on the property, or grab a bite at the Taplow Pub, there’s no end to the fun that can be had there.

Visit the very quaint and beautiful Port St Lucie botanical gardens only a five minute drive away, or drive 25 mins north to the Heathcote Botanical Gardens spread across 3.5 acres of lush gardens that provide a tranquil and enchanting escape to visitors. This world of tropical foliage is made up of a diverse collection of plants that include palms, ferns, and several native Florida species. However, the chief attraction is the display of bonsai trees, which happens to be the largest public display in the USA.
Still, the list doesn’t end there as there’s a butterfly garden, a children’s garden, and a herb garden, among others worth exploring.

Fun things to do include of course golfing , kayaking in search of Manatees in the river, fishing off the Riverwalk Boardwalk, and hiking the trails in The Savannas Preserve State Park.

Those who favor a little retail therapy will enjoy spending time in The Landing at Tradition, where they’ll also find a slew of top restaurants.

Guest interested in learning about the area’s diverse marine life can visit the St. Lucie County Aquarium, found in Fort Pierce, about 17 miles from the heart of Port St. Lucie.
Although this is a small aquarium, it offers a lot to visitors, with exhibits that showcase local aquatic species like seahorses, sea turtles, and colorful reef fish.
