Sunny private apartment located in the center of the most trendy neighborhood in Manhattan--Bleecker street between Lafayette and Bowery.
At the crossroad between SoHo, NoHo, NoLita. Also within 15 minute walk or less to the Lower East Side, East Village, Greenwich and West Village.
Whole Foods, ultra high end (Prada, Chanel, etc) -to your H&M type of stores, cheap food to some of the fanciest restaurants in NYC are are all within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The apartment is located on 6th floor of a keyed elevator building. It has a full-size bed perched above in the loft that is accessible via a short ladder (see pics). I'm 6'2 and can sit up with lots of space while sitting in the bed.
Apartment building is located directly in front of the entrance to the 6, B, D, F M trains which take you directly without transfer to pretty much anywhere someone visiting NYC would want to go.
There is no oven, or microwave, but we do have a full size refrigerator/freezer and complimentary use of my Nespresso espresso machine (espresso incl). Wifi, clean towels and sheets are included as well.

Great apartment, literally 3 steps away from the subway. Max is a great host, friendly, made everything easy and was very flexible about check-in/check-out.
I had a great stay at Max's apt! The location is really unbeatable! The Bleeker street subway stop is 5 feet from the door...amazing! The apartment was very clean and very adorably decorated. The lofted bed was a tiny bit difficult to get up and down from and the only other thing I'd mention is that there is no sink in the bathroom but there is a kitchenette sink in the main part of the apt. I realized this after booking and thought that it was going to be an issue, but it didn't turn out to be at all. Overall, coming from someone who is very very picky, I absolutely loved my stay here and I hope to stay here again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks again, Max!
I had a really great time at Max's place. It is a really cozy place in a great location. Close to the subway, close to east village and close to a lot of great/cool places in Soho/Noho. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in NY.
The reservation was canceled 142 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Max and his cute apartment, what can I say, the best experience I have ever had in years. Nice guy, helpful, easy going; and the apartment, well functioned and lovely decorated. U couldn't find a better location for lower manhattan. Easy access to lines, and restaurants and shops. If u come to NYC alone or in couple, and looking for a true New Yorker Style, this is exactly what I would recommend.
Clean and Nice appartment, close to the métro, restaurants and shops.
I recommend this !
Awesome place to stay!
My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights while visiting New York to do some Christmas shopping and absolutely loved staying at this apartment.
Perfect location, really helpful host, beautiful clean apartment.
Will definitely stay again next time we are in New York.
Max was a great host. Very, very prompt at replying to emails and excellent with communication. I booked the room for my colleague from Germany and she said the apartment was beautiful and very well located in West Village. It was great because Max worked in the building, so he easily met the guest to give her the keys. I would definitely book with Max again!
Really enjoyed my stay here - the apartment is just as cute as it looks in the photo in a great spot in Manhattan, and the hosts were really welcoming and accommodating.
