This centrally located Arrowhead Ranch home offers easy freeway access and is just a short drive from top attractions like State Farm Stadium, Mattel Adventure Park, Peoria Sports Complex, TPC Scottsdale, Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, and WestWorld and more. Golf enthusiasts will love having four courses nearby. The home provides entertainment for everyone, whether you want to relax by the wood-burning fireplace, play board games, enjoy a game of cornhole or soccer, or simply watch TV.

The space
We are offering one room and the shared common areas of our house. The room comes with a queen sized Serta mattress, clean sheet and blankets, one dresser, closet with hangers and shoe rack, Plantation Shutters, one TV with a Blue Ray player that can stream Netflix and Prime. The private bathroom is located in the hallway and you will have the bathroom all to yourself (no one else will be using during your stay). You will also have access to all common areas of the house which includes the laundry room, great room with a TV, kitchen and backyard.

During your stay we will take the lead of our guests in how much they want to interact. Please message me here on AirBnB and I'll respond promptly.

I offer free homemade breakfast in the morning where what is offered will depend on what fruits are in season and the availability of our time. There will always be Keurig pods, oat meal and cereal available. I can make homemade breads (Toast with butter and jelly), muffins (blue berry, cranberry, pumpkin and apple) donuts (baked with a frosted tops), pancakes and eggs.

I don't have a private pool but there is a City Recreation Center 1/2 mile east of our property that has a pool. Your stay included one paid trip to the Rec Center to use their pools during the summer months. The Rec Center has 2 giant slides, a kiddie slide, a zero depth entry leisure pool with spray features, water playground, a lazy river, diving well with 2 diving boards and 6 lap lanes, and a snack barwater. The Foothills Rec Center is open year round where it has full-size open gymnasium featuring basketball, badminton, and pickleball, An indoor walking/jogging track, rockwall, Racquetball courts, full fitness center with free weights, a strength training circuit, and cardio equipment, locker room facilities and year-round lap swimming with a Red Cross Lifeguards in the outdoor, heated pool.

I one small and very sweet dog(less than 20 lbs) who is hypoallergenic. She will stay with me in the master bedroom.
