The space
Home is split into two units: One above the garage and one above the Casita in the back yard.

Main house is 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (two ensuite).

Casita unit is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a kitchen and living space.

Bedroom 1: Primary: 1 King size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and bathtub, Closet, Television and a private balcony.

Bedroom2: 1 Queen size bed, Closet, Television.

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen size bed, Terrace, Television.

Bedroom 4: 1 Bunk bed, Ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, Television.

Bedroom 5: 1 Queen size bed, Television.

Bedroom 6: 1 Queen size bed, Closet, Television.

Bedroom 7: 2nd Primary: 1 King size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, Closet, Television, Indoor fireplace and a balcony.

Bedroom 8: 1 Queen size bed, Closet, Television.

Bedroom 9: 1 Queen size bed, Closet, Television.

Both units have pool, casita and rooftop access, as well as yard and beach access.

Pool Heat: $100 pool heat fee per day

The Ocean Sand is perfect - no rocks or reef. Just sand.

Home can host weddings, private events or corporate retreats, etc.

Guest access
After a guest signs our rental agreement with house rules, etc, and a photo of your ID is uploaded, we provide a guidebook with your personal access code, local attractions, and way more!

Other things to note
Pool can be heated for $100 per day.

All requests to heat pool must be for entire stay.

Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.

Please note that requests to heat the pool same day as check in may not be at ideal temp by check in time. But it will get there :)

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement after booking. There is nothing noteworthy or unreasonable in the agreement, but more so an agreement to respect and care for the property, indemnify the host of liability regarding pool usage, etc.

The rooftop can host up to 20 people at a time.
