You will enjoy the smell of the ocean and private beach access from our beach front resort location. Our condo sleeps 6; 4 adults and 2 children.
You'll be just steps to the sand, beach bar, restaurant, pools, pickle ball courts, sports bar, and fitness center. Your private balcony with ocean and resort views make this the perfect place!
** We have a duplicate sister property right next door for larger families to be together, but still have their own space! Inquire with us on the app!
The space
There are bike rentals on premise as well as a lake and playground. The island trolley stops at the resort for easy island access if you don't have a vehicle.
A queen bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room allows for four adults. There are two cot-sized, in wall bunks for two smaller children to tween-size kids.
The bathroom is full size with a tub and shower combo.
The kitchen is full sized with your basic cooking essentials, dinner and glassware, flatware, and full size appliances.
The eating area has a four person table and chairs, as well as an island with two stools.
There is a private balcony equipped with a bistro style dinette.
You will be provided with start-up essentials to include shampoo, conditioner, soaps, 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, liquid dish soap, dishwasher pucks, and laundry pucks (be carefule not to use them in the dishwasher).
Linens are provided as well and will include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mat, sheets, pillows, and blankets.
Guest access
As a guest, you will have complete access to the resort, the pool, and the amenities on the date of your check-in at any time. The condo will be ready no earlier than 4pm.
You can certainly utilize the spacious restrooms to change, etc., located in the Convention center, right next to Coconuts.
Upon arrival, park in front of the convention center or across it, in the parking lot. Visit the front desk where you will obtain your resort pass which must be displayed on your dash at all times. This is a secured, gated communityy, but once in the resort, you are free to park anywhere.
Should you arrive after 10 pm, your pass will be waiting for you at the security gate.
Other things to note
We require a minimum age of 21 to book.
*** We have a duplicate sister property right next door for larger families to be together, but have their own space! Inquire directly on the app about the property to determine availibility.
Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.
There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of...
* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.
* No shoes in the hallways.
* No E-Bikes / Golf Carts / ATV’s / or other recreational vehicles
* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.
And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.
Smoking is allowed outside.
