Soleil, managed by The FAM Holiday Property Management Newcastle, is a brand-new one-bedroom apartment in the Soul building, right in the heart of Newcastle CBD. Perfectly located, it’s within walking distance of the beaches, harbour, restaurants, and bars- an ideal base to explore everything the city has to offer.

The space
Inside, the apartment is a stylish and modern space. The bedroom features a plush queen bed with quality linen, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with towels and essentials, and the open-plan living area includes a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a study nook for working remotely.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a Nespresso machine, stove, oven, and microwave. A European laundry is also available with a washing machine and dryer.

The east-facing balcony overlooks a nearby construction site, which may cause some noise during the day, after February 2025.

Located on the second level of the Soul building, the apartment includes one car space in the secure underground parking garage.

There is a communal roof top garden area for guests to use, enjoy the stunning views of the city and harbour.

Check-in is available from 3pm to 11:45pm with easy key collection from the local convenance store next door.

All towels, linen, cooking essentials, and cleaning basics are all provided for your convenience.
