Rare, undeveloped waterfront wilderness hidden in the hustle of Mobile. The 950' open plan cabin is on 12 acres, surrounded by hundreds more of untouched creek, marsh, and mature woods. There are two docks. Timber structure has modern heating and cooling, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and equipped kitchen.

The space
The rustic, but well equipped cabin is all solid pine and cypress. We have a gas grill and side burner. We offer FREE FIREWOOD and free use of the two bikes, kayaks, canoe, and light fishing tackle.
We accept up to two medium sized dogs. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and must be kept in a kennel when you are away.
I do not recommend this property for children under 6 years.

This property is on a creek that feeds Dog River, then on to Mobile Bay. We are about 40 Minutes north of beautiful Dauphin Island beaches, and about an hour from Gulf Shores. For those sensitive to train horns, we do have a r.r. crossing about 1,200' through the woods. The vast majority of our guests have said it wasn't an issue for them.
