The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Other things to note
*** A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 will be required for your stay.
*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, snakes, bees and insects. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.
*** Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.
*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8AM to 8PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8PM and 8AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Additional Rules:
1. Ages of Guests) / False Pretenses. You must be twenty-five (25) years or older to book a reservation and be the principal occupant of the property. All children under 13 years of age stay for free.
2. Check-In Time. You are permitted to check in no earlier than 4:00 P.M. or any time thereafter on the arriving date. Property smart locks record your arrival.
3. Check-Out Time. You must depart the property no later than 10:00 A.M. on the Departing Date.
4. Notices. We may provide you with notices, including announcements regarding modifications to our Agreement Terms & Conditions by, but not limited to, email, text message or SMS, MMS, push notification or in-app message, telephone, or other reasonable means now known or hereafter developed. You consent to receive these notices by any of the aforementioned platforms.
5. Non-Binding Statements. Unless memorialized in digital or paper correspondence by our authorized agents), no verbal promise, exception, special treatment, concession, or purposeful statement altering any part of our standard policies, this agreement or general rental arrangement between parties shall be honored or applied. Parties agree not to willfully accept or believe verbal, arrangement-altering statements, without receiving written evidence from the statement source.
6. All indoor Fireplaces closed for Summer (June, July, August)
7. Property Security Cameras. You are renting the property from a private owner. Many properties we rent have legally placed security camera(s) trained only on common exterior areas like driveways, entryways, or backyards. These cameras are installed for property security purposes and are visible in plain line of sight at their installed location; they are not hidden. If you dismantle or disconnect the property camera, the law considers this an act of vandalism and deliberate obstruction to property security measures. You will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit your scheduled night stays plus the total amount you paid to rent the property.
8. Roads. Mountain roads are curvy, and narrow, varying in altitude from one mile to the next, and are often gravel and sometimes rocky and/or choppy. A Sports Utility Vehicle, Cross-Over, or four-wheel drive is advised when traveling to the mountains, especially for those chasing waterfalls or exploring remote areas.
