About This Listing
This beautiful flat located on the thrid floor (no elevator) of a ancient building is ready to welcome the lovers from all over the world
The flat is highly influenced by the unique atmosphere of the Saint-Louis Island. The walls of old stones and he exposed beams transcribe well that period of time.
Located in the heart of Paris it will allow you to join the neighborhoods like the City Island, the area of Châtelet, le Marais, Bastille, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and also the monuments and museums as Notre-Dame de Paris, Le Panthéon, Carnavalet, le Louvre and many others.
Live this unique experience, the time of your stay, sharing the emotions of the very few privileged to live on Saint-Louis Island.
All icluded, bedsheets and towels
From the minute we arrived (Rudi was there to meet us) to the moment we left, Rudi and his apartment made it possible for us to make the most of our stay in Paris. The apartment is very well located, appointed, and comfortable for its value. The renovation of the charming old interior was done in a creative and simply elegant way. In a quieter corner of Paris on the Ile St Louis, yet so close to so much, especially the quais of the Seine and the vision of Notre Dame sailing down the river in front of you! A full and functional kitchen allows one to freely purchase all the goodies you see while strolling "les rues" and bring them back to enjoy for le petit dejeuner or even dinner. You can wash clothes, watch TV (we didn't have time!), or just sit on the deep window sills watching Paris in action, all whilst sipping your espresso from the Nespresso machine (and the pods are 40% cheaper in the Paris boutiques!) Rudi gave us a more than adequate intro to the city, immediate environs, and the apartment amenties and requirements. We never had to call for help. And what might be a drawback for some, the 66 steps to the third floor up the beautiful wood staircase helped us work off a few of those croissants!
Apartment was lovely and in a perfect location! Kitchen was nicely fitted out and Rudy made sure to explain how everything worked when he met us to give us keys.
We would definitely go back!!!
Ps worth booking in the restaurant nearby called Sorza, as the food and atmosphere were great.
The apartment and our stay was great! Everything as described and photos reflect the reality very well :-).
We booked our trip to Paris as a romantic weekend (I gave it to my husband as a wedding gift), but unfortunately had to cancel it a day before travelling due to notification of my husband’s grandfather death and funeral that fell on the weekend of our pre-scheduled trip. I wrote to the host about the situation, and ask if there any special cancelation applies due to the circumstances, and never heard back since. We will definitely re-book our trip to Paris, and will not be staying at this apartment.
