Welcome to Pony Hill Glamping, your escape from the everyday hustle! Nestled in nature, our 16×24 canvas outfitter’s tent is designed for your comfort and relaxation. A short climb up 14 bridge plank steps leads you to the tent site. Inside the tent, you’ll find cozy real beds, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, air conditioning, and a corn stove to keep you comfortable. Pony Hill Glamping is the ideal spot for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to welcome you!
The space
The tent comfortably sleeps up to six guests and includes one double bed, one single bed, a futon that pulls out into a double bed, and a single bunk above. It’s the perfect setup for families or small groups looking to relax in comfort. Inside, you’ll find all the essentials for a cozy stay: air conditioning, a corn pellet stove for cool nights, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker that can brew a single cup or a full carafe.
The nearby bathhouse is thoughtfully designed with families in mind. It features a toilet, sink, and spacious shower area—ideal for sharing with young children. For those who enjoy a little fresh air, there’s also an outdoor shower on the west side of the building.

The glamping tent and the surrounding area inside the fence are available for guests to use.

RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, AND
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT
As a part of the lawful consideration for being permitted by Pony Hill Glamping, LLC (the “LLC”)
and the Landowner on whose land I am allowed to camp and engage in outdoor activities, I hereby
affirm, acknowledge, and agree to the following terms and conditions of participation.
I do hereby affirm and acknowledge that I am fully informed of the inherent hazards and risks
associated with camping activities, use of a hot tub, the transportation of equipment related to the
activities, and my travel to and from the activity sites.
I hereby agree, acknowledge, and appreciate:
• To release, hold harmless, indemnify, and covenant not to sue the LLC, Landowner,
and agents of each from liability and any responsibility whatsoever and for any claims or
causes of action that I, my estate, heirs, survivors, personal representatives, or assigns may
have for physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or
permanent disability, loss or death, and any property damage that may occur caused by
fire, theft, vandalism, water or land-related accidents, natural events or any other
occurrences or mishaps arising from my activities whether caused by the act, omission,
negligence or other wrongful conduct of, or breach of contract or warranty by, the LLC,
Landowner, and agents of each.
• To assume all risk associated with camping, hot tubbing, or other outdoor activities
whether stated above or unknown or unanticipated.
• To agree that I am not relying on any oral or written representation or statements made
by the LLC, Landowner, and agents of each, other than what is set forth in this Agreement.
I have read this Release/Waiver of Liability, Indemnity, and Assumption Risk Agreement,
fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it,
and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I intend my signature to
be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by
Nebraska law. I further agree that in the event any portion of this Agreement is held invalid,
remaining provisions shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect to the greatest
extent possible under Nebraska law.

PARENT/GUARDIAN/CUSTODIAN WITH MINOR
As a parent, guardian or custodian, I am signing this document on behalf of my minor child/ward
and agree to be specifically bound to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. I have read
the Agreement, fully understand the terms herein, understand that I have given up substantial
rights by signing it, am aware of its legal consequences, and have signed this document freely
and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance or guarantee being made to me. I intend my
signature to be a complete and unconditional release of any and all liability to the greatest extent
allowed by law and further agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the LLC, Landowner,
and Agents of each.
