Beautiful and elegant apartment located in the quiet heart of Campo de Fiori in a building of historic value originally build in the XII century . Recently finely renovated with original terracotta floor, the apartment is on two floors and has a terrace facing an internal courtyard on the first level and a large balcony on the second level. The apartment consists of a living room on the first level with a furnished terrace, kitchenette and small bathroom.
At the second level is located the bedroom which has a sunny balcony leading of it and a
bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioned, digital flat TV, WIFI, Safe, washing machine, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine for amazing Italian breakfast.
The building is equipped with an elevator.
The area of Campo De’ Fiori is one of the nicest in the old center of Rome and it's famous for its fascinating ancient and colorful market, the great choice of traditional restaurants and lively cafes and the art galleries and charming shops. The apartment location is perfect for travelling on foot to all the major sites as like Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Largo Argentina, Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Via Del Corso, Piazza d’Spagna, Trevi Fountain and Trastevere and other archeological sites, museum and monuments.
my apartment has been recently restored with great care using quality materials. I would therefore ask my guests to take care of the apartment and furnishings.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not admitted.
We available for guests to check in from (phone number hidden).
The check in service cannot be recognized 24 hours and in case of late check s a small additional fee is required. If guests are in need to check in after 6pm we have to ask for a small supplement of 20 Euros for check in within 10pm and € 30 within 12pm
The apartment was just as advertised: elegant and well-furnished. In addition, it is very quiet (unusual in central Rome). Nadia and Renato were very helpful and responsive hosts. We especially appreciated the supplies of coffee, sugar, oil and vinegar, that made it easy to make meals without buying provisions that we would not use.
This is a truly wonderful apartment in a great location. Five stars on all counts.
My husband and I were very impressed with Nadia's apartment. While we did not meet Nadia, Renato did a good job of taking care of us. There were no surprises with the place, exactly what we imagined. The building itself is full of charm and personality. The only negative is the neighborhood is difficult to navigate, even with an iPhone GPS. The streets are narrow and intersecting at odd angles. For this reason we took taxis more than we normally do. There are several excellent restaurants very nearby so at night we stayed in the neighborhood. The apartment is roomy, except for the kitchen, so it is very comfortable place to spend time. I wish the weather had been nicer for us to use the terrace.
If someone wants to feel at home in rome he should come to nadias Terrace apartment. we just came back from rome, and we had a wonderful Experienc. the place is in the middle of the middle of rome. you can go to all the wonderful Sites by foot. there is a nice coffee shop on the block and a good Bakery in the other corner. the place is quiet and very comfortable and clean. for my Taste the Mattress was a little hard but for my hasbend it was very Comfortable. we came in a late flight so before we arrived nadia was very caring and left us some food for our Convenience. It was a great experienc and we highly recommend this place!!
The apartment was great. A perfect position, very stylish and providing everything you could possibly need. The best feature was the terrace - what a treat to be able to eat breakfast outside in January!
Nadia answered emails and queries promptly and Renato took a lot of trouble in showing us around the flat and making us welcome.
I would highly recommend Nadia's apartment.
Nadia's place in Rome by far had the most resources/amenities, was the most spacious, and the bell hop, Rinato was incredibly helpful.
Rinato gave us a thorough tour of the place, and thank goodness he did! A lot of Europe household items work very differently than those in America, we would have struggled to try and figure them out, but not with Rinato's help!
The location was ideal as well for navigating around the city and was walking distance from most things, or a short cab ride away.
The bathroom was beautiful, the heaters worked well (as it was very cold!), and the bed was cozy (and my boyfriend has back pain).
Nadia even left us a bottle of champagne as we stayed here through NYE....which was not necessary but greatly (email hidden)d we certainly enjoyed it!
Rinato called a taxi for us when we left and it was just the cherry on top for the stay.
Thanks for making our stay in Roma perfect Nadia!
My husband and I loved our week-long stay at the apartment. It was perfect for an independent couple like ourselves who like our privacy and to explore on our own. The location is fabulous -- the Campo di Fiori outdoor market is only around the corner, there is a fantastic bakery down the street, and there is a supermarket around the block. So, we were able to get groceries and supplies easily. The apartment is on a quaint street with locals bustling about their busy days, so you get a real feel for what it's like to live in Rome. Although you're in the middle of a big city, the apartment is very quiet; the only thing you really hear is the church bells. The patio is nice, however, we were there in the winter and it was too cold to sit outside. The washing machine on the second level balcony works great, and we were able to dry our clothes on the drying rack provided. Also, it was nice to have a small bathroom downstairs. The large one upstairs had an ample shower and gave my husband and I enough elbow room when getting ready in the morning. Also, there is tons of storage space in the bedroom as well as a safe if you need to store valuables. We would stay again!
