Wow! What a beautiful, large, comfortable place to stay in Rome! Communication with Nadia between our booking and our stay was very easy and she always responded within a few hours. Renato was there to meet us when we got there, and was always available for help throughout our stay. The Airbnb itself was one of the best we've ever stayed in. It had many amenities (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee and espresso makers just to name a few). The master bedroom and bathroom were very big and comforting. It is in a great location in Rome, with most of the popular sites within walking distance. I can't really think of a negative to this place and we'll definitely be staying here again if our travels bring us back to Rome. Dinner recommendation: Whether or not you stay at Nadia's place, go to Taverna Trilussa! We went twice while we were in Rome because it was THAT good!

We were in Nadia's apartment fort the second time in three years, and we still think it's one of the best! Comfortable, quiet but in a lively location, near everything, with a terrace. And Nadia is a wonderful host.

This was our sixth trip to Rome. We always found apartments through the airbnb website, and this time we were at home first. Before that, too, there were wonderful apartments, but the Nadia apartment is more than an apartment! It is soaked with love, care and warmth cozy nest, which is very joyful to return after a walk around Rome and its museum. Thanks for work!

My husband and I stayed here for five days in July. The first thing I will say is that the air conditioning is excellent and there is one both downstairs and upstairs in the bedroom. The apartment itself is perfectly situated - very central but down a quiet street, near Campo dei Fiori. We would highly recommend the baker 'Roscioli' round the corner for fresh bread, cakes and pizza (a bit pricey but worth it. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, including a lovely private terrace area. Nadia was extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants and made our check-in/out as effortless as possible.

We did not get to meet Nadia, but she was extremely quick to respond to our texts while planning our trip. She connected us with a car service to pick us up at the airport and deliver us to the apartment, which was expensive but worth it. The apartment is well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, and the air conditioning is great. Renato checked us in, and went over every single detail of the apartment. It took forever. We really did not need to have every drawer and cabinet opened and explained. It was excessive. The location was also convenient, and the decor was very nice. Now for the one (in my opinion) HUGE negative....we were told that we were not to put toilet paper in the toilets. Yup. It was to be put in the garbage can. We were told the pipes were too old and too narrow to handle the paper, and it would cause a big clog and mess. I was totally grossed out by this. A sheet or two might be okay, but nothing more. So if we needed to use more, (and who doesn't?) it had to go in the garbage can. Who wants to do that? It's dirty, smelly, and extremely unsanitary. We avoided using the toilets in the apartment unless we absolutely had to. If we had known this ahead of time, we certainly would not have stayed here. It's a shame, because otherwise it is a great place, with a good host and a good location.

Response from Nadia:
Ellen, I am very sorry for your negative UNTRUE comments about my apartment. My apartment is rated Five Stars and I am qualified as Superhost by Airbnb for the quality of my apartment and the service provided to my guests as it can be seen from all the reviews I received along the last 5 years. The bathrooms of the apartment are PERFECTLY working and can be used regularly, including, obviously, the use of....toilet paper..... Renato, the guy that assists the guests, is usually much appreciated because always available to them. He speaks a good English, however it might be you didn't understand each other. Lastly, if there was such a UNTRUE relevant issue, why you didn't write it to me? It would have been easy for me to answer and make clear that you could have used regularly the toilet paper in the bathrooms as in every civilized countries! I could have had the opportunity to clarify that the suggestion was about the use of napkins that is better to put in the (URL HIDDEN) in all civilized countries!

Nadia's charming apartment is spacious, spotless, whisper quiet and easily accessible from the street. It is located in a wonderful part of Rome, close to many major sites, cute shops and great eateries. The bed is most comfortable and water pressure in the shower is good. The outdoor terrace is lovely. The airconditioner is a bonus in hot, humid Rome in June. Renato gave us a thorough rundown on the apartment and very kindly kept our luggage after check-out, till it was time to leave for the airport. Nadia generously left a lovely bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. Nadia's apartment is a perfect place to enjoy Rome.
