only 12 steps from the door entrance to the beachside.
this house is the perfect spot for your italian holidays: close to Rome and in one of the most beautiful seaside in Italy.
the apartment has two bedrooms that can accomodate 4 people.
Right on the beach, this house is the right place to forget the outside world, to forget to wear your shoes and where all you have to do is moving from the frsh patio to the breezing mediterranean sea.
a supermarket is very close to the house and many restaurants are in the area. San Felice Circeo, Sabaudia and Sperlonga are at 20 minutes drive.
What makes this house really unique is the position right on the beach, it is one of the last houses buided by the sea before it became prohibited.
a privileged spot for a unique holiday.
Alessia is a graceful host and a genuinely nice, generous, laid-back person. She and her boyfriend, Emanuel, did everything possible to make our stay in Rome menorable. Her apartment is roomy and cosy, located in the best part of Rome, in classy Prati. The view from her balcony is to-die-for, overlooking the Roman skyline, St Peter's dome and Piazza Venezia. I cannot recommend Alessia's apartment highly enough. A great place in a great city.
The apartment was ideal, so clean and spacious with a handy kitchen and washing machine to use . Very close to Vatican city, with a balcony view of rooftops towards St Peters Basilica. Alessia picked my wife and I up from the metro station with our luggage, which is an easy 15 min walk if u like. Alessia was very helpful with local info. Staying at the apartment made Rome a great stopover with local café plus supermarket beside the MacDonalds easy to cover meals etc.

We have just come home after 12 wonderful nights at Alessia's flat. It was everything we could have wished for and more. It was so comfortable and well equipped - lovely to come home to after a hard day in Roma!
Fabulous location - easy walking to Vatican and surrounded by a real Roman residential area with loads of good restaurants. Great and cheap public transport for when your feet just can't take it any more.
Alessia gave us loads of recommendations from restaurants to how to spend a Saturday morning in Rome. All good advice!
We will definitely tell our friends to stay here and will return if we can in the future.
We really liked staying at Alessia's apartment. She has been an outstanding host! She gave us a lot of information on restaurants nearby and markets to go to for basic needs. The view on the balcony is absolutely fantastic! It makes you want to chill out and enjoy the apartment much more, especially if you don't feel like eating out at a restaurant every night. I would highly recommend her apartment to anyone who wants to feel at home in Rome!
We thoroughly enjoyed our Roman vacation hosted by Alessia! The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs - tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, with access to amenities that truly made it a home away from home. Alessia was very helpful in providing us with both in-person and written instructions of how to move and operate in & out of the apartment. We loved the neighbourhood - conveniently located close to St. Peter's Cathedral, walking distance from Rome's major attractions, but most importantly a place where we found ourselves surrounded by wonderful and helpful Romans. We found that all food establishments (restaurants, groceries stores) around the major city's attractions are grossly overpriced and offer below-par services so we always returned to our quiet and friendly neighbourhood to enjoy our meals or shop for food items. Many great places to dine around the apartment where you'll get 'a taste' of the real Italian people and lifestyle.
Alessia is truly a host you can count on - during our stay we had a mishap with a key (due to our own fault) and both her and her family have been tremendously helpful and gracious in sorting out the situation.
We greatly recommend Alessia and her apartment to anyone contemplating a vacation in Rome!

Alesia's apartment is like the restaurant you want to tell everyone about because it's so wonderful but are afraid to rave about it because you might not be able to get in the next time you go! Communication was great before we arrived and Alessia was very accommodating with our schedule. Once we were there we were treated to a charming and clean apartment that was even stocked with a few treats for our travel weary but hungry tummies. Alessia was so kind and generous with her time and there were great recommendations for places to eat (this woman knows her food!). We also highly recommend taking her up on one of her tours - we got to see the city in a new light and it helped us to decide how to spend our limited time in Rome. We will definitely be returning and we will definitely be staying at Alessia's if she'll have us again!
This apartment was beautiful. Nicely decorated and with a gorgeous terrace. What made our stay more special were the owners of the apartment (alessia & emanuele).
They were very nice people and it felt like we knew them from a long time (thats how friendly and welcoming they were). My wife forgot her wallet at the apartment and realized that only when we were on our flight back to the states. Alessia kindly mailed the wallet over to us. We are already looking forward to our next visit here. Grazie ragazzi!!
This was our first airbnb experience and we couldn't fault it! To have the use of an apartment with such a beautiful balcony in Rome was superb. After a day in the bustle of tourist Rome, to return and sit on the balcony and hear and watch a normal community really made our first visit to Rome.
The view over the surrounding community, with St. Peter's Dome always there is a real gift and the photos do not do it justice.
To be given directions from the airport, to be collected from the bus station, and to be provided with a really good list of recommended places to eat, has made the whole experience of visiting Rome so much better and has a very personal feel.
We had a good experience in Rome staying at Allesia and Emanuell's place. The room was spacious and bright and the private terrace was very inviting and useful. The apartment was stocked with enough food to get us through a few breakfasts and snacks, very thoughtful.
Allesia met us at the place where the airport shuttle stopped(the first scheduled stop) and somehow recognized us as semi confused tourists and gathered us in. We had communicated via text messaging the day before and all was clearly arranged.
There was a problem connecting with the Internet, mostly my fault for not confirming a connection at first meeting, and both Allesia and Emanuel came later that afternoon to fix it. It was their Sunday off their regular jobs and still they were cheerful about helping us.
Emanuel replaced the 3G Internet device with a standard router the next day and the signal and speed became very good.
A few plumbing issues were also dealt with immediately
and as we were leaving Emanuel was preparing to fix them permanently. The location suited us very well, being about 7 minutes from the subway and 15 minutes from the Vatican. A bit of a hike but really no problem at all. We rolled our luggage to the subway on departure without problem. The subway connects you with the whole city.
If you're going to stay for three days and explore with the subway you can get a three day pass at the ticket machine (in 4 languages) and it will save you money.
Pizza, ice cream, fruit, and a few restaurants are within a few blocks. Very quiet at night and the neighborhood is a safe residential area.
All in all a very positive experience.
Thanks Allica and Emanuel.
one of my best experience in rome!
the house is really nice, fully equipped and with all you may need to have a wonderful breakfast!
It's a fifth floor and it's full of light all day long and, even if I ve been visiting the city during the day, waking up and have breakfast on the terrace is somethng one should not miss!
The area is quiet, safe and is very well connected: the metro is at 15 mins walk and just outside the building there are two buses which go to the center of Rome.
I was very lucky because the weather was wonderful and one night I decided to have dinner at home to enjoy eating in the terrace while the sun was going down. And I have to really thanks Emanuele, Alessia boyfriend, because we made a wonderful tour of Rome with a Volkswagen kafer! I was in Rome before but I never had the opportunity to discover the best spot travelling on an old open car!
Thank you so much Emanuele and Alessia: I'll remember this holiday as one of my best!
