My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The space
The apartment is located in the centar of Zadar. The apartment „View“ has interesting history. The building in which it is located is almost 80 years old and it was built by italian businessman who loved Zadar. One interesting fact is that the terrace(100m2)of our apatment surved as place where people would come and dance. Still today you can see some features of the old sound system .Today our apartment has new purpose and that is to provide beautiful accomodation and vacation. It is a place where you will make beautiful memories.

A few metars away from the apartment is a bridge that leads you to historical centar of Zadar. There you can find museums, churches, 3000 years old Roman Forum and church of St. Donat, also you will se Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.
Croatia is well known for its beauty so if you come to Zadar you will have opportunity to visit National and Nature parks and many islands. If you want we can help you with organization ( transport and excursions).
Our apartment is located in the fourth floor and unfortunately the building does not have elevator.
