Beautiful, creative, artistic environment at the point where three neighborhoods meet. This room is energetic and full of light.
One block from the subway.
A beautiful and sunny apartment on the 2nd floor it features 2 private bedrooms both with full size beds. Each room accommodates 2 people. Bed rooms are back to back, joined by individual closets, so there's no noise. White in the front and Beige in the back. There's a huge open living room, dining area with a table and an enclosed kitchen. There are plants every where there is sun light, along with art work from my private collection. Apartment is modest, minimal and temperature controlled.
The White Room is charming and gets lots of sunlight. It looks onto the street and is pretty quiet for this bustling neighborhood. It has plenty of closet space to store your luggage and things. The bed is super comfortable, (read the reviews), and fresh bedding and towels are always available.

Interaction with Guests
I give people space and I'm here if they need me.
I'm always happy to help with directions, guid books and practical NYC insider advice.
The last stop in Williamsburg on the JMZ train, this culturally mixed neighborhood is situated on the edge Williamsburg where Bushwick meets Bed-Stuy. Here you will find an avant garde area known for its vibrant underground scene. This up and coming neighborhood is stirring with bohemian night spots, funky cafes, dive bars, art gallery's and junk shops all in walking distance. Not to mention everything is very affordable and vey close to Manhattan.
The J/M/Z train is One block away, about a four minute walk. The J goes downtown and the M goes uptown.
You can take the subway here directly from JFK.
This is a great station because there are always two trains heading into the city. The J train runs express during rush hour and is 2 stops from Manhattan, very close and very fast. The M runs local and is about a 15 minute subway ride into Manhattan. This above ground train takes you over the Williamsburg bridge and is not as aggressive as the L train rush hour commute.
The L train is available however, about a 15 minute walk to the Jefferson stop. I personally prefer the J or M because its just outside the door.
Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay the night.
Do not let anyone you do not know personally into the apartment...(not anyone)
Gi Gi was a great host! Her warmth and hospitality was second to none. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
(email hidden)'s was a lovely and authentic experience. The house is clean and cute, the neighborhood full of energy and Gi Gi is a great hostess. You will feel at home as soon as you get in the house and whenever you need anything Gi Gi will be happy to help. Not to mention the cat that can play hide and seek with you or keep you company while you shower! Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for an authentic Brooklyn experience.
From the beginning to the end, my experience was wonderful. GiGi is such a sweet soul and radiates! Her apartment is quaint and lovely. I have only great things to say, as I couldn't pick out a single bad thing. I will absolutely be back, and can't wait for that time to come!
Thank you GiGi for being you and sharing your home. A creative space & women with wonderful energy!
You are great!
Gi Gi is great and an amazing host! Had a great time in a really cool flat, Thanks Gi Gi!:)
My experience which uses Air bnb first time was so awesome! Gigi was excellent host for me!
Shining clean apartment, including the bathroom. Very warm even in this crazy cold weather. Bright room with big and very comfortable bed. Steps to major subway/metro stations, 24/7 fast food and grocery stores, gym, laundromat, post office, pharmacy etc. the Internet is not super fast if this is something that is very important for you but quite enough for basic web (website hidden) Gi is very hospitable, helpful and nice. I'd say the best host I've stayed at in NYC. Highly recommend this place!

I'm an artist from New York and have lived in NYC for 13 years. I love traveling and have been all over the world. The most interesting thing to me is the beauty and hospitality you can find once you open your self up to new things. New York City is an adventure in its self. This is a secure place to begin and end the escapade.
As a host I like to give people space and let them enjoy the apartment. I'm a very social person but also love privacy. Every situation is different and I find it very important to respect people needs on an individual basis. I live here and work here often, so chances are we will be running into each other. I always give my guests priority and make sure they are very happy.
I've had great experiences doing this. I've met the most amazing people and have made life long friends. Sometimes we have a drink together, occasionally a smoke, sometimes we have tea, sometimes we move all the furniture and have a dance party, tend to stay up late talking, do graffiti in the streets, switch up the art work in the house, and sometimes we just simply pass each other and have a nice chat.
Either way, I warmly invite you to stay.
