Welcome to Penn Estates, a private gated community, where you can relax and unwind with friends and family. Stroll by the lakes or get your game on at the community basketball, volley ball, tennis courts, and take the kids to the playground or pools. The community amenities are only available between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends. Enjoy the walking/hiking paths, water rafting, snow skiing in the winter, indoor water parks, Pocono Raceway, and more all within an easy ~30 minute drive.

The space
Our home is spacious but has that "at home" feel. There is a thermostat controlled gas fireplace in the living room where you can relax and raise a glass of wine to family in its glow and warmth.

Each room has it own ductless control for air conditioning and heating. Each of the five bedrooms, living room, and game room have their own HD TV. Your video game enthusiast should have no issue with the new TVs and high speed internet access.

All bedrooms have queen size mattresses except the master bedroom which has a king size. There is one downstairs bedroom for people who may find stairs a challenge.

The large deck area is perfect for outdoor dinning and entertaining with well appointed furniture and string lights for a relaxing evening in the fresh air. The backdoor foyer has a staging area, towels, hooks, and bench, for access to the outside hot tub area. In cold weather, the hot tub is only a few steps away from the warmth of the backdoor foyer.
