This is shared accommodation as we are living in the apartment. You will have access to your private double room, the balcony, the kitchen and laundry facilities, and the shared bathroom. There are also maps, umbrellas, towels and toiletries for you in your room. :)
Interaction with Guests
We are very friendly and love meeting new people. We are happy to offer tips and recommendations on places to go and see.
Temple Bar is the cultural hub of Dublin City. Expect lots of street performers and musicians. This is something we love about the Dublin!
You can walk to most attractions, but we are also near the Luas Line, Dart Line, Bus Routes, Airport Bus, Dublin bikes, and there are Taxis everywhere.
Other Things to Note
It is important to note that we live on the third floor and there is no elevator.
As we are based in the city centre, music can be heard from the apartment on occasion.
Also, we have an adorable cat. No problem if you're not a cat person though, she is quite shy and will stay out of your way.
Temple Bar is the perfect place for parties, so we prefer to keep our home quiet and relaxed, and ask that you don't bring people back.
Please do not smoke inside, and use the ashtray provided on the balcony.
We offer a bed and breakfast service. This includes use of the bedroom, shared bathroom, and there will be breakfast cereals and toast available for breakfast in the kitchen.
As we like to unwind in the living room after work, we do not offer use of the TV and living room in our bed and breakfast offer.
Please bin your rubbish and remove the Bedsheets before checking out. Thank you very much.
If you have any other requests, please don't hesitate to ask us :)
Everything was as it the description. Larragh was waiting for us as agreed and gave us useful instructions. Location was the biggest advantage.
We spend a wonderful weekend in Dublin thanks to Larragh who gives us many information and advice about what to do and what we should visit and try in Dublin related to our preferences. The appartement is cosy, big and well situated (close to all the main streets and areas). You really feel like home and free to go in and out as you want. The bed is really confortable and the room is great too. The heater works very well. I highly recommend that host :) If I come back in Dublin I will definitely choose them for accommodation.
Larragh was very welcoming during our night's stay in Dublin. She gave excellent directions on how to find the place, and made us feel welcome upon arrival and gave us some suggestions on where to go in the Temple Bar area. We enjoyed our stay. The location was a bit noisy at night (Saturday night), but was to be expected considering the central location (Larragh did provide ear plugs though) - the location was great for walking around and seeing the sites.
Larragh and Jo's place was amazing! In the centre of Dublin, close to everything and the hosts were great. We both warmly recommend it to everybody and hope that we will return soon!
Larragh was a fantastic host, her apartment was comfortable, warm and inviting. Next time I'm in Dublin I would definitely book a room with her again, made the weekend in Dublin absolutely lovely!
Everything you read on the AirBnB site about the warm and wonderful hospitality of Larragh and Jo is absolutely true! I and my son had the perfect welcome to Dublin and were delighted with this very central and convenient location and the charm of our hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had all the information and support we needed in getting to know this fascinating city. Can't wait to come back!
The location is perfect! Everything is in the walking distance which is an ideal option for travelers. The room is really cozy and clean, and Larragh and Jo are very friendly.
