Interaction with Guests

Temple Bar is the cultural hub of Dublin City. Expect lots of street performers and musicians. This is something we love about Dublin!
You can walk to most attractions, but we are also near the Luas Line, Dart Line, Bus Routes, Airport Bus, Dublin bikes, and there are Taxis everywhere.
Other Things to Note
It is important to note that we live on the third floor and there is no elevator.
As we are based in the city centre, music can be heard from the apartment on occasion.
Also, we have an adorable cat. No problem if you're not a cat person though, she is quite shy and will stay out of your way.
Temple Bar is the perfect place for parties, so we prefer to keep our home quiet and relaxed, and ask that you don't bring people home. Thank you :)
Please do not smoke inside, and use the ashtray provided on the balcony.
We offer a bed and breakfast service. This includes use of the bedroom, shared bathroom, and there will be breakfast cereals and toast available for breakfast in the kitchen.
As we like to unwind in the living room after work, we do not offer use of the TV and living room in our bed and breakfast offer.
Please bin your rubbish and remove the Bedsheets before checking out. Thank you very much.
If you have any other requests, please don't hesitate to ask us :)
Extremely close to everything you need in Dublin. Larragh was kind enough to go over the map of the area and suggest some activities and restaurants. Overall, a great stay in Dublin! Thank you both!
Clean apartment right on the edge of Temple Bar and easy walking distance to just about anywhere most tourists would want to go in Dublin. A little loud on Friday and Saturday night--not a problem, of course, if you are out--and easily compensated with a white noise generator or ear plugs that Larragh provided.
While Jo was away on business, Larragh was a super gracious host and was very kind when I got a touch of a cold.
An excellent choice for a single traveller or a lightly-packing couple!
I had a great stay at Larragh and Jo's. Great location, nice room in a really nice flat, comfy bed, fresh air on the roof terrace. And on top Larragh and Jo are just super nice super helpful people, who give life to the concept of hospitality and are keen to answer any and all of your questions. Their tea collection is a (tasty!) life saver!
Larragh and Jo were lovely and gave us great tips for around town. Communication was excellent. It's an amazing location in Temple Bar, yet far enough away so you don't hear the people partying in the streets.
Larragh was great and the room was really nice.
Larragh and Jo were the perfect hosts. We were immediately welcomed into their home and staying with them during our time in Dublin immensely enhanced our stay. The flat is perfect - walking distance to everything, cozy bedroom, and amazing views from the balcony. I highly recommend staying with Larragh and Jo, I wouldn't want to visit anywhere else!
Had a fantastic weekend at Larragh and Jo's apartment. It was just as described: clean, cosy and in the perfect location! We didn't get to meet Jo but Larragh was really friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants/bars for our Saturday night that we wouldn't have done otherwise. Would definitely stay again :)
