It’s the perfect spot for your beach getaway or wedding ceremony!

The small main house has beautiful ocean views. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck that has a creek running along side it. It's the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Heat lamps ensure you can use the deck year round.

There are many outdoor places to play or relax. The property has direct access to the beach via the gate on the right side of the sandy area. The large grassy yard in front of the house is a perfect place to play games. There is a fire pit where you can stay cozy and roast marshmallows while listening to the waves crash. If you're looking for quiet, try reading a book in the sun at the sitting area across the creek.

To note: There is onsite parking for 2 cars. The detached bedroom has a double bed, but no bathroom. The kitchen only has a small refrigerator. There is a full size fridge in the pantry cottage, along with washer / dryer, seat cushions and beach towels.
