Stay in this bright, private apartment (with kitchenette) in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near downtown Charlottesville and the University. Light and airy with skylights and hardwood floors. Recently updated and comfortably furnished, but uncluttered. The full-sized bed has an Ikea Favang mattress. Free Wi-fi. The apartment is near the bus line (bus stop a block away). Head out for dinner on the distinctly Southern Downtown Mall ... it's a walk away or a 3 minute drive. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
This apartment has its own entrance, so you're assured of your privacy. It has a kitchenette with everything you need for eating in: 1 burner stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. You also have your own washer/ dryer. There is central ac, a dresser and plenty of closet space, too. There is also a window air conditioning unit in the bedroom.
Enjoy the back patio for eating al fresco, or enjoy your morning coffee on the private leafy porch off your apartment. In summertime, help yourself to fresh herbs from the garden (basil, rosemary, oregano, cilantro, dill).
Fresh 100% cotton bed and bath linens, of course. Coffee and half & half (or soy creamer) for when you get up in the morning. This is a very clean, smoke- free apartment that's close to everything, adorable, and affordable!
This is a safe, family-centered neighborhood, with people out on porches, jogging, walking dogs or pushing strollers. The houses are all different in size and style, with mature landscaping, but it's also close enough to the action (downtown).
Bus stop is one block away.

This place was perfect and super cute for what we needed. We planned on being out and about from early morning til late at night exploring what Charlottesville had to offer and just needed a place close by to stay. It was about a 20 minute walk from here to the downtown mall (5 minute drive) through a nice, safe neighborhood, 10 minute drive to the Monticello. Beth was very nice and met us when we arrived, left half and half in the fridge for our morning coffee. Overall, it was a great experience for our second stay on airbnb.com
Elizabeth's place is hands down our favorite airbnb location to date. It's an all inclusive attic apt. and is so cute, cozy and perfect for being in Charlottesville for a few days. It has beautiful skylights, great AC and an Amazing shower. Highly highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful stay at Beth's apartment - It was a beautiful, creative, light-filled space perfect for the two of us. Beth responded quickly to questions, was always friendly, and anticipated any needs. We were able to walk downtown easily and her neighborhood was quite charming. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to C-ville!
We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was in a great location to see the sights of C'ville. Elizabeth was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.
Beth and the place were great. It is a light filled space, and comfortable for two guests. I liked the detailing in the bathroom, esp the large shower. The kitchen area was great for light meals, reheating things etc. we will stay there again when the need arises. We did not have time to use the back yard area but it looked inviting.
