The space
Nestled on the shores of the prestigious Toddy Pond, this charming guest cottage provides a tranquil oasis, perfect for a family getaway or a relaxing escape from the daily grind.
The expansive lakeside deck welcomes you into the cottage, boasting an open concept floor plan with cathedral ceiling, cozy loft area, two bedrooms and a full bath, all situated on the main level. The lower level provides additional sleeping quarters, three-quarter bath, a laundry room, and direct access to the nicely landscaped backyard, and picturesque waterfront.
Relish in the peaceful ambience at any hour with the inspiring views from the open deck just a stone’s throw from the pond. Enjoy a refreshing swim at your leisure with hassle free walk-in access.

This is its own cottage located on the same property as the main house, which is next door.
This is self check-in. Access will be provided prior to arrival.

Other things to note
This is a private guest house on a shared property with the owners. There is a shared waterfront with a dock for everyone’s use.
The owners have 2 very friendly older Golden Retrievers that sometimes roam outside and enjoy a swim in the lake.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in or on the property.
No fireworks allowed.
The cottage and property are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
Kayaks and canoes are allowed on the waterfront (which can be rented by a local company). However, motorboats are not allowed, no motorboat use at this property.
