All rooms are bright and with attention to detail, with an extraordinary view of the lake, the old port and the Baldo Mountains.

Without having to use a car you can reach beaches, restaurants, stores and supermarkets.
Being a pedestrian zone, we enjoy the absence of noise and pollution, but we guarantee a private garage of 18 m2 in a secure parking about 300 meters from the house: when you arrive at the information point at the entrance of the pedestrian zone, you will receive a magnetic badge to access it and an electric vehicle will take you with your luggage to your destination. The shuttle service is seasonal and requires no additional tips!

We do not welcome animals .
We cannot accommodate infants or children under 10 years of age. Children over 10 years old will be counted as adults (extra guests) : There is a very comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living room .

BATHROOM: walk-in shower 1.20 m x 1.50 m with rainfall shower head, bidet, hair dryer with diffuser , shampoo , shower gel, conditioner and body cream based on natural ingredients with thermal water and without parabens, made in Italy.

BEDROOM: king-size bed with 27 cm memory foam mattress, pure cotton linens from 200 thread count, double pillows made of anti-allergic and feather material , optional air conditioning, mosquito net. Adjacent is an equipped walk-in closet .
