"Ariadne's Thread" will take you in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech offering its guests a stylish Suite, and..without getting lost!
The Green Suite is at the first floor of a boutique riad situated in front of Dar el Bacha Palace (easy access and parking space at 50m). It is a brand new house, equipped with all modern comforts, where a touch of Italian taste has perfectly matched with the traditional Moroccan style.
The Suite, soundproofed, air-conditioned (reversible) and naturally brightened, feature a double bed with Italian Percale cotton bed linen, lounge and spacious marble bathroom. It's equipped with mini-bar, Plasma TV-Sat and safe.
For those travelers looking for exclusivity, comfort and true experiences, as well as for a smiley and friendly atmosphere!
On request we organize transfer service from/to the airport (and full assistance at the airport), guided city tour or excursions with multi-lingual Moroccan guides, cooking-classes with markets’ tour, yoga courses and..much more!
We kindly invite you to respect the calm and mystic atmosphere of the riad, considering that there'll be other guests at the same time as you. Having said that, it's not a retirement home anyway! ;)
Early or late arrivals are subjected to availability, we'll do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible!
Smoking is allowed in specific areas; no smoking rooms.
Please check with us before inviting any guests at the riad, thank you!
Arianna replied to emails promptly. The riad is located in a quite Drab and can easily be found. The room is exactly as it appears on the listing, traditional decor, clean fresh bed linens, comfortable bed, and a bathroom with beautiful black marble and a spacious shower room. The wifi worked well. The breakfast was freshly made to order and included some traditional pastries. Their Moroccan tea is among the best I've tasted. However, there were some minor drawbacks: during a shower the hot water only lasted about 7 minutes and the water pressure was modest, so you must be quick. Also, I had to pay an extra MAD 40 for some tax that wasn't mentioned in the listing. Having said that, I still recommend this riad and will definitely come back.
Hello everybody! My name is Arianna, I'm from Sicily and it's now 10 years that I've been living in Marrakech!
My Arab spirit and temper took me, not by chance, here, where I was immediately impressed by the quality of life and the Moroccan hospitality, very similar to mine! I've recently decided to open the doors of my private house (Dar, in arabic), where together with my Moroccan family I welcome old and new friends to share a unique experience that only those who deeply live every day can tell..
"A thing of beauty is a joy forever" wrote once Keats, and I'd add:" Hopefully for many of you!"
