Free parking is on the shared driveway; please veer left and park on the driveway, not the grass. Neighboring properties and docks are off-limits.

*Under no circumstances should guest access neighbors property or docks even to retrieve fishing lures or gear.

*This property cannot accept service animals due to the owners documented medical exemption. We do have properties that allow animals, this is NOT one of them.

*There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on the property.

* There are security cameras outside of the home reflecting the points of entry and dock.
