Please request your reservation one week prior to your stay. If reservations are requested without one week advance notice I cannot guarantee availability.

Exceptions to check in/out times may be possible if unit is not booked back to back.
Strictly non-smoking; regardless of what you are smoking, you may not smoke in the condo or on the balcony.

Please be respectful with noise levels.
Additional deposit will be required for extended stays and will be collected upon check in.
General Pet Rules
Pets (dogs only) require an additional deposit which will be collected upon check in.
Kitties are cute, but we don't allow them in the condo.
Barking must be kept to a minimum with quiet times observed in the evening and early morning.
Dogs are not be allowed on the furniture or bed.
All dog waste is the responsibility of the tenant and must be cleaned and disposed of immediately.
Flea infestation is the responsibility of the tenant, and damages will result if the condo becomes infested.
Dogs should not be left unattended in the condo.
