About this listing
My place has recently been redesigned, and is more spacious and relaxing!
If you're looking for a place with easy transport to tourist stuff (the muni) or great walkable places to eat (the mission), you'll love it.
Overlooks the popular Duboce Park! The Duboce Park cafe is right downstairs and you can get great coffee, breakfast or lunch easily and cheaply! If you want to take a bike tour, they start right on the corner of Duboce and Steiner (on the "wiggle" bike route).
The Mission, the lower Haight, the Castro are all very walkable. The N-Judah Muni stop is 1 block away and takes you straight down Market street to the city center, or all the way to Ocean Beach!
I love this neighborhood. It's lined with trees, and you can get anywhere in the city. The Golden Gate Park is less than a mile away if you want to go for a run. You can troop uphill to Buena Vista Park for an excellent view of the city too!
There is a laundromat about 40 yards away, and a fluff and fold service (which I use religiously) down the block.
The house is a decent sized one bedroom/one bathroom. I have a full queen bed, and any other guests could stay on the sofa or on inflatable mattresses, if needed. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled, and the apartment has a private entrance from Duboce Street. I absolutely love my place, especially because of the location. I'm sure you'll love it too. Feel free to email me with questions.
I have a 60" flatscreen TV with Apple TV/Hulu/Netflix, and of course wireless internet access. The kitchen is stocked if you want to cook, and there are great grocery stores (including a 24 hour Safeway, and a new Whole Foods) just 2 blocks away.
The full house is accessible.
Interaction with Guests
I have a lockbox which lets you in and out as you please. You won't have to wait for me to meet you to exchange keys. Easier than checking into a hotel.
My neighborhood is the best in SF. I have a wonderful cafe downstairs, my house doesn't share adjacent walls with neighbors, and I have fast internet, and a huge TV if you want to stay in. Plus, a 5 minute walk gives you all the grocery and eating options you could ask for. Including Nopa, the best restaurant in the city.
I'm right on the muni line (walk one block and catch *any* muni line).
Other Things to Note
I'll leave a bottle of wine for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you want to cook. And I have a bidet/japanese toilet in the bathroom, and an upgraded shower head.
Treat it like it's your own!
Feel free to use the TV, internet, and any incidentals in the fridge/cupboards/bathroom. If you end up using a lot of something, you can replace it from any of the nearby stores.
Please don't use the guitars, but feel free to try out the piano.
No smoking please and no pets or additional guests in the house.
